Das Haareschneiden war sehr zu meiner Zufriedenheit inkl. kleinen Korrekturen welche anstandslos umgesetzt wurden. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. PS: Nicht leicht zu finden. Erdgeschoss, Links in einer Niesche. Very nice ladies, you are greeted warmly and offered something to drink. The waiting time was very short this time. The hair wash very pleasant. The haircutting was very to my satisfaction including small corrections which were implemented without any problems. Again any time. Sufficient parking space available. PS: Not easy to find. Ground floor, left in a niche.

J	Jürgen Zaprazny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiterinnen sehr nett und die neue Frisur meines Sohnes war auch gut gemacht. 2 Sterne Abzug für die Fehlinformation im Salon, dass Kinder über 10 einen Covid Test benötigen. Wir waren überrascht da wir in Salzburg noch niergends einen Test für unseren Sohn (10 Jahre und 5 Monate) gebraucht haben da erst ab 12 Jahre notwendig. Wir fuhren darauf hin zu den an der Geschäftstüre angegebenen 2 Apotheken die jedoch keine Tests mehr anbieten. Dann waren wir im Kongresscenter und haben getestet. Der engagierte Rotes Kreuz Mitarbeiter war über die 10 Jahre Regel ebenfalls erstaunt und fand dann auf der Klipp Homepage den Hinweis, dass Kinder unter 12 keinen Test bei Klipp benötigen. Zurück im Salon mit negativem Test und dem Hinweis auf der Klipp Homepage sagten die Mitarbeiterinnen dass sie das leider so vom Chef schriftlich angewiesen bekommen haben. Daher klare Kritik an die Führungsebene: Verbessert Eure Informationen und aktualisiert an der Eingangstüre wo aktuell getestet werden kann. Eure Mitarbeiterinnen sind hier in der Zwickmühle! Staff very nice and my son's new hairstyle was also well done. 2 star deduction for the misinformation in the salon that children over 10 need a Covid test. We were surprised because we have never needed a test for our son (10 years and 5 months) in Salzburg because it is only necessary from the age of 12. We drove to the 2 pharmacies indicated on the shop door, but they no longer offer tests. Then we were in the convention center and tested. The committed Red Cross employee was also amazed at the 10-year rule and then found the notice on the Klipp website that children under 12 do not need a test at Klipp. Back in the salon with a negative test and the note on the Klipp homepage, the employees said that they unfortunately received this in writing from the boss. Therefore clear criticism of the management level: Improve your information and update it at the front door where you can currently test. Your employees are in a quandary here!
