Im neuen Salon wurde mir erzählt ,das neues Personal wäre.Ich bin sehr zufrieden sehr freundlich, sehr sauber ,spitzen Beratung und der Schnitt ist absolut toll .Die Friseurin hat sehr genau gearbeitet war sehr zuvorkommend und nett.Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder und empfehle Klipp gerne weiter. It was the first time in years that I was at Klipp because I was recently very dissatisfied with the service and style. In the new salon I was told that the new staff was. I am very satisfied, very friendly, very clean, excellent advice and the cut is absolutely great. The hairdresser worked very precisely, was very courteous and nice. I will definitely be back and I am happy to recommend Klipp.

Es herrscht eine tolle Atmosphäre dort. Es ist wohltuend und entspannend. Man spürt auch, dass die Damen sich mögen, was auch sehr angenehm für die Kunden ist. Einfach die Besten??? Have been going to this salon for years. I always feel very well and competently looked after. All the ladies are very friendly at all times. There is a great atmosphere there. It's soothing and relaxing. You can also feel that the ladies like each other, which is also very pleasant for the customers. Simply the best???
J	JR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenservice wird beim Klipp in Judenburg NICHT großgeschrieben. Ging am 20.12.2021 mit dem Ziel hin, meine Spitzen zu schneiden. Da sie tagsüber voll belegt waren, habe ich mein Glück am Abend, kurz nach 17 Uhr versucht. Ich war um ca 17.20 dort, mir wurde zugesagt, dass ich in den nächsten Minuten drankomme, allerdings haben sie mir meinen offiziellen Impfausweis nicht anerkannt. 5 Minuten später kam ich wieder, mit einem anderen Dokument/Zertifikat, es war also 17.25. Und plötzlich hieß es: wir schließen! Laut Website sollte der Klipp in Judenburg bis 18 Uhr offen haben, es saßen auch noch einige Leute drinnen, aber bei mir, nachdem sie mich aus mir unbegreiflichen Gründen trotz 2G-Nachweis weggeschickt haben, und ich nur 5 Minuten später wieder kam, hatten sie auf einmal keine Zeit mehr, obwohl es bei weitem noch nicht 18 Uhr war! Das ist absolut kein Kundenservice! Customer service is NOT a top priority at the Klipp in Judenburg. Went on 12/20/2021 with the aim of cutting my tips. Since they were full during the day, I tried my luck in the evening, shortly after 5 p.m. I was there at around 5:20 pm, I was promised that my turn would be in the next few minutes, but they did not recognize my official vaccination card. 5 minutes later I came back with another document / certificate, so it was 17:25. And suddenly it was said: we're closing! According to the website, the Klipp in Judenburg was supposed to be open until 6 p.m., some people were still sitting inside, but after they sent me away for reasons incomprehensible to me despite 2G proof, and I came back only 5 minutes later, they had suddenly no more time, even though it was nowhere near 6 p.m.! This is absolutely no customer service!
