Leider kommt es immer wieder - so wie gestern am 22.2.2019 - dazu, dass nicht ordentlich gearbeitet wird. Was ist bitte so schwer daran, bei einem Herrenschnitt, ordentlich um die Ohren herum zu schneiden? Ich sehe das leider immer erst Zuhause und habe dann keine Lust mehr 25 Minuten zurück zu fahren. Es ist nicht bei allen, aber doch schon bei mehreren Mitarbeiterinnen dazu gekommen. Eine stärkere, mit langen rot gefärbten Haaren, hat da mittlerweile eine 100% Quote. Genervt wirkt sie dazu auch noch. Und ich Idiot gebe noch jedes mal ein Trinkgeld. Ich will nicht das sie ihren Job verliert, aber vielleicht könnt ihr da mal nachschulen! Ich für meinen Teil werde mich jetzt mal nach einem anderen Friseur umschauen. Genug geärgert. I was almost exclusively with you for hair cutting in recent years. For my part, I'll look for another hairdresser. Enough annoyed.

Zuvorkommendes Service, keine Wartezeit, aufgeräumtes Geschäft und natürlich einen schnellen professionellen Haarschnitt zum super Preis. An diesem wirklich herausragenden Ergebnis war Ihre Mitarbeiterin Sabrina maßgeblich beteiligt und ich habe mich gefühlt wie bei einem Friseur zu deutlich höheren Preisen. Ich war schon länger nicht mehr bei KLIPP, da ich wirklich schlecht behandelt wurde. Aber KLIPP hat sich deutlich verbessert und alle die vielleicht wie ich früher enttäuscht wurden, empfehle ich wärmstens KLIPP eine zweite Chance zu geben. Im Zweifelsfall einfach nach Sabrina fragen, dann kann nichts schief gehen. Ich werde wieder regelmäßig kommen. Vielen Dank I had here on 22.06.2019 by far the best KLIPP visit. Courteous service, no waiting, tidy business and of course a quick professional haircut for a great price. Your colleague Sabrina was instrumental in this really outstanding result and I felt like a hairdresser at much higher prices. I have not been to KLIPP for a while since I was treated really badly. But KLIPP has improved a lot and all those who might have been disappointed like I used to recommend a second chance to KLIPP. If in doubt, just ask for Sabrina, then nothing can go wrong. Bei meinen beiden Söhnen (und der Kleinere ist wirklich eine Herausforderung....) ist hier bisher immer ein toller Haarschnitt gelungen und zwar ratzfatz. Einfach super! I have to say a big compliment and thank you! Unbelievable fond of children. With my two sons (and the smaller is really a challenge ....) is here so far always a great haircut and indeed ratzfatz. Just great!
D	Diana Love on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor ein paar Tagen in diesem Salon meine Haare schneiden und es gibt nichts Gutes zu berichten: die Frisörin war wegen ihren Kollegen genervt und hat es an mir ausgelassen! Sie hat meine Haare nicht gerade geschnitten, mehrere Strähnen waren länger als der Rest und mussten dann von mir zu Hause korrigiert werden und zum Schluss hat sie mir nicht einmal das Ergebnis gezeigt damit ich es anscheinend gar nicht merken kann! Das war mittlerweile schon das zweite Mal das die Mitarbeiter genervt waren und es an den Kunden auslassen. Ich glaube kaum, dass ich nochmal zu diesem Salon gehen werde!! I was cutting my hair in this salon a few days ago and there is nothing good to report: the hairdresser was annoyed because of her colleagues and left it to me! She did not cut my hair straight, several strands were longer than the rest and then had to be corrected by me at home and in the end she has not even shown me the result so I can not seem to notice! This was already the second time that the employees were annoyed and omit it to the customer. I hardly think that I will go to this salon again !!

Ich habe nicht die Zeit zusammen mit 20 Personen abzuwarten endlich dran zukommen. Zur idealen Arbeitsverteilung und Auslastung gibt es sogenannte "Termine". Daher bin ich wieder gegangen und werde ebenso nicht die Geschäftspraktiken dieser Kette unterstützen, die offensichtlich auf Profit durch Überlastung der Mitarbeiter abzielt. Da gehe ich lieber zu einem richtigen Frisör und zahle 10 Euro mehr (zzgl. Trinkgeld) ohne warten zu müssen. In our century, I cannot understand the business model of not accepting appointments. I don't have the time to wait together with 20 people to finally get to it. There are so-called "appointments" for ideal work distribution and workload. So I left, and I will not support the business practices of this chain, which is obviously aimed at making profits by overloading employees. I prefer to go to a real hairdresser and pay 10 euros more (plus a tip) without having to wait.

Denn was habe ich von sauber, nettes Ambiente guter Service......., wenn die "Frisörin" die du erwischt, dich nicht versteht und auch nicht schneiden kann! Unter 'Spitzen schneiden 'hat die gut Frau 13 cm Länge abgeschnittenen und dann hat sie auch noch das letzte bisschen Länge mit dem Rasiermesser ( Strähnchen weise von oben nach unten) so ausgedünnt, das jetzt nur noch dünne Franserln über sind! Hab jetzt einen Kurzhaarschnitt!!!!!! Als ' Kulanz ' wurde mir die Rückerstattung angeboten...... drauf gepfiffen, dass sollten sie lieber in die Ausbildung investieren Unfortunately, you can't rely on good reception ... Because what do I get from a clean, nice ambience, good service ....... if the "hairdresser" you catch doesn't understand you and neither does can cut! Under 'Cut tips', the good woman cut off 13 cm in length and then thinned out the last bit of length with the razor (highlights from top to bottom) so that only a thin fringe is left over are! Now have a short haircut !!!!!! As a 'goodwill' I was offered a refund ...... whistled that they should invest in the training
