i	imran nadeem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. Avoid. I wasted 5 hours of my life here and came home without getting treatment. No body cares you are injured or sick. I went to emergency and after 3 hours of waiting in extreme pain, i was transferred to Accident section where i was told to be quiet and wait another 3 hours. Never ever again... Unfreindly staff and there are no rules being followed to take patients in the order they arrive or bases on thier condition

I gave birth to my first child there and the midwives were super helpful.. polite.. respectful and professionals..

Negative: - long waiting times even on low capacity - you have no indication when its your turn - could be seconds or hours - no power outlets - no open/free WiFi - no vending machines in the waiting room Positive: + had enough time to think about past life choices and ponder about the meaning of life Conclusion: 1/5 - would rather die somewhere else

We felt very cared for and the nurses went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible. I appreciated all the support from the staff of pavilion 14. Highly recommend this Hospital.

The team has been nothing but perfect, being so thoughtful and caring. Thank you to everyone at the Kinder Notfallambulanz and the Pavillon 21. You made things much easier on us and our baby. I	Irina Gerver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge disappointment - very slow progressing diagnostics system, lack of prioritization in treating urgent orthopedic cases and a clear lack of empathy towards patients. My fiance found himself in the situation where he was transported by emergency to Klinik Ottakring and admitted on 11th of May with an orthopedic issue on his spine. It is 14th of May, and he still has not received the basic investigation tests (MRT) that he was supposed to receive from day 1. In this case, we have a young man who is completely ignored by the clinical personnel, most specifically by the doctors who are refusing to speed up the one test (MRT) that will actually diagnose the illness. I urge the management of the Klinik to take action and ensure a healthy inflow/outflow of patients by actually giving them the tests and treatment they need, and not just a constant row of painkillers in the hope that they would numb the pain enough to have it seemingly disappear!
