Although we didn't have an appointment (out of ignorance) we were allowed to come and the wounds were taken care of. Ms. Mag. WAITZ was very nice and empathetic.

Habe die Praxis sehr oft aufsuchen müssen , da meine beiden Katzen sehr krank waren und ihnen mit großer Fürsorge geholfen wurde. Mein ganz großes Lob an das Team und gebe mit gutem Gewissen 5 Sterne Recently had to take emergency service with my cat Sam and have been treated with complete satisfaction. I had to visit the practice very often because my two cats were very sick and they were helped with great care. My big compliments to the team and give it 5 stars with a clear conscience

Fachlich sind beide Tierärztinnen sehr kompetent und nehmen sich auch die Zeit um es einem selbst gut zu erklären. Das Angebot der Leistungen ist toll und auch der Preis ist angemessen. Toll finde ich auch die Organisation des Notdienstes, der mit 2 anderen Praxen erfolgt. Es gibt einem ein gutes Gefühl! Weiter so; I have been in this practice with my BKH couple from the start. You always get a suitable appointment and the whole team is really friendly. Both vets are very competent and take the time to explain it to you yourself. The range of services is great and the price is reasonable. I also think the organization of the emergency service, which takes place with 2 other practices, is great. It makes you feel good! Keep it up;

Waitz hat auf mich sehr freundlich und kompetent gewirkt, sie hat sich sehr gut und liebevoll um mein Tier gekümmert und dieses erfolgreich behandelt, sodass es ihm am nächsten Tag gleich viel besser ging, und es mittlerweile wieder ganz gesund ist. Sowohl vor als auch nach meinem Termin war Frau Mag. Waitz sehr nett und hilfsbereit am Telefon. - sehr positive Erfahrung, Praxis absolut empfehlenswert. I went to Ms. Waitz's first visit with my rat on the public holiday because of an emergency. Ms. Mag. Waitz seemed very friendly and competent to me, she looked after my animal very well and lovingly and treated it successfully, so that it was much better the next day and it is now quite healthy again. Ms. Waitz was very nice and helpful on the phone both before and after my appointment. - very positive experience, practice absolutely recommendable.
