Was there to pick up my package during opening hours, according to Google. No one there and no opening hours at the door. Also no one can reach by phone.

In diesem Fall ist direktes aber nicht möglich, weil die Inhaberin weder persönlich anzutreffen ist, noch Rückrufe tätigt. Die Öffnungszeiten, die ohnehin schon eine Katastrophe sind, werden nicht einghalten. Beim Eintreffen findet man weder einen Hinweis auf geänderte Öffnungszeiten noch eine Entschuldigung. Es ist mir also über Wochen nicht möglich gewesen, ein Kleidungsstück zu retounieren. Die Beratung war zudem ausbaufähig. Schade um ein ansich nettes Geschäft! I'm generally not a fan of public negative feedback. In this case, however, direct is not possible because the owner is neither personally present nor makes recalls. The opening times, which are already a disaster anyway, will not be met. Upon arrival, you will find neither an indication of changed opening hours nor an apology. It has not been possible for me for weeks to return a garment. The advice was also expandable. Too bad a nice business!
C	Carolina Schumacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Shop hat sich als Paketabholstelle für DPD zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider funktioniert diese Zusammenarbeit überhaupt nicht ! Die Zusteller von DPD kennen die Öffnungszeiten des Geschäftes nicht und die MitarbeiterInnen von klein und laut verlassen SO pünktlich das Geschäft, dass man EINE Minute nach Ladenschluss sein Paket nicht mehr abholen kann !!! sehr ärgerlich - vor allem wenn man sich telefonisch noch darum bemüht aber man eine unfreundliche Antwort bekommt ! The shop has made itself available as a parcel collection point for DPD. Unfortunately, this collaboration doesn't work at all! The DPD deliverers do not know the opening times of the shop and the employees of small and loud people leave the shop on time SO that they can no longer pick up their package ONE minute after the shop closes !!! very annoying - especially if you make an effort over the phone but get an unfriendly answer!

Trotzdem: der Ärger bleibt. Besonders weil neben meiner Haustür auch ein Shop gewesen wäre ...Mit Billa Öffnungszeiten... Meldet euch doch bitte ab als Paketshop! As a parcel shop with these opening hours a madness. The blame is probably DHL. They would have to check who they work with. Nevertheless, the trouble remains. Especially because there would have been a shop next to my front door ... With Billa opening hours ... Please log out as a parcel shop!
