Ohne Christoph, seine überaus große fachliche Expertise, sein Gespür für aufgebaute und historisch gewachsene Werte, seine soziale Kompetenz wäre vieles nicht möglich gewesen bzw. sehen wir keine Alternative. Mit Christoph weiss man, dass die Interessen des BauherrIn absolut ehrlich und transparent vertreten werden, wobei es aber auch diesbezüglich perfekt und aufrecht versteht den "Bogen" (vielleicht auch manchmal Spannungsbogen) zwischen Bauherrn und Handwerkern zu schliessen. Eine absolute Empfehlung man engagiert nicht nur extrem hohes fachliches Know How, sondern 150% Herzblut!!! I just have to get rid of it for once. We have already implemented numerous projects with Kleboth Bau360. Without Christoph, his extremely high level of professional expertise, his feeling for established and historically grown values, his social skills, many things would not have been possible and we see no alternative. With Christoph, you know that the client's interests are represented in an absolutely honest and transparent manner, but he also knows how to perfectly and uprightly close the "arc" (perhaps sometimes an arc of tension) between the client and the craftsmen. An absolute recommendation, you not only engage extremely high technical know-how, but 150% heart and soul!!!

Die Elektroleitungen, die Installationen insbesondere die der Küche, Bad und WC konnten dank seiner Planung professionell und in kurzer Zeit erneuert werden. Ich kann Christoph Kleboth sehr empfehlen; dies betrifft die Planung, die Kalkulation und Rechnungsprüfung, die Terminplanung, die Organisation auf der Baustelle, die Qualität der Ausführung und der angenehme Umgang. J	Josef Matt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Herrn Christoph Kleboth, von der Firma Kleboth Bau360, durch Empfehlungen aus meinem Freundeskreis als eine sehr ehrliche und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit kennengelernt. Alle meine Wünsche wurden mit großer Sorgfalt und Pflichtbewusst ausgeführt. Dabei hatte ich auch so manche Sonderwünsche, nachdem schon die vollständige Renovierung meines Hauses begonnen hatte. Die Abrechnungen der involvierten Firmen wurden immer gewissenhaft überprüft und nach potenziellen Korrektionen und vorher abgemachten Abzügen (%) zur sofortigen Bezahlung an mich weitergeleitet. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Endergebnis und kann mit gutem Gewissen mitteilen, dass ich jetzt in einem Haus lebe, in dem die laufenden Fixkosten (Gas und Strom) um mehr als 60 % gesenkt wurden. Das alles war nur Dank seines hervorragenden Wissens und Beratung möglich. Wenn ich mich nochmals festlegen müsste, würde ich mich auf jeden Fall wieder für Herrn Christoph, von Kleboth Bau360 entscheiden. I got to know Mr. Christoph Kleboth from Kleboth Bau360 through recommendations from my circle of friends as a very honest and trustworthy personality. All my requests were carried out with great care and conscientiousness. I also had some special requests after the complete renovation of my house had already begun. The invoices from the companies involved were always carefully checked and, after potential corrections and previously agreed deductions (%), forwarded to me for immediate payment. I am extremely happy with the end result and I can say with a clear conscience that I now live in a house where the running fixed costs (gas and electricity) have been reduced by more than 60%. All this was only possible thanks to his excellent knowledge and advice. If I had to decide again, I would definitely choose Mr. Christoph from Kleboth Bau360 again.

Auch während der Bauphase war die proffesionelle, ehrliche und herzliche Betreuung hervorragend und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Christoph hat stets in unserem Interesse gehandelt und die Bauarbeiten wurden von Ihm bestens koordiniert. Die Termine wurden stets eingehalten und bei Fragen hatte Christoph immer ein offenes Ohr und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. R	Ramona Gasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger WEG! Uns wurde Christoph Kleboth empfohlen. Daher hatten wir sehr großes Vertrauen und Hoffnung in ihn. Leider wurde dieses schamlos ausgenutzt. Christoph hält sich an keine Zeitangaben (Bauverzug von über 1 Jahr und das ist nicht Corona geschuldet), sprengt das Budget und von dem versprochenen Herzblut ist leider nicht viel zu erkennen. Wir haben leider einen relativ großen zeitlichen und wirtschaftlichen Schaden durch Christoph Kleboth erlitten, daher können wir ihn absolut nicht weiter empfehlen. Das einzige was wir positiv hervorheben möchten ist der Plan - dieser entsprach relativ schnell unseren Vorstellungen. Hands off! Christoph Kleboth was recommended to us. So we had very great faith and hope in him. Unfortunately, this was shamelessly exploited. Christoph does not adhere to any time specifications (construction delay of more than 1 year and that is not due to Corona), exceeds the budget and unfortunately not much can be seen of the promised passion.
