Habe vor mehr als 3 Wochen Ersatzdrähte für mein bei Klar Pac erworbenes Schweißgerät nachbestellen wollen und habe immer noch keine erhalten. Zuerst haben die Mitarbeiter mir nicht passende verkauft und jetzt in der bereits 4ten Woche versuchen mich die Mitarbeiter mit irgendwelchen Ausreden permanent zu vertrösten! Alles Andere als seriös!
Very friendly but incompetent staff. More than 3 weeks ago I wanted to reorder replacement wires for my welding machine purchased from Klar Pac and still haven't received any. At first the employees didn't sell me suitable ones and now in the 4th week the employees try to put me off permanently with some excuses! Anything but serious!
