★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unkomplizierte und persönliche Lieferung. Kurzfristige Nachbestellung war kein Problem. Bei Fragen wird man sehr kompetent und freundlich beraten.
Very uncomplicated and personal delivery. Short-term reorders were not a problem. If you have any questions, you will be given very competent and friendly advice.

Kurz angerufen und gebeten es länger da zu behalten (laut Verkäuferin kein Problem wird gemacht).
Schicken eine Bekannte vorbei. Eine Mitarbeiterin sagt ihr die Paketnummer (zur Nachverfolgung etc.) sei eine Telefonnummer und sie bräuchte andere Daten bzw. solle an einem anderen Tag nochmal kommen.
Beim zweiten Versuch ist das Paket immer noch nicht da.
Nach einem erneuten Anruf stellt sich heraus das Paket ist da.
Scheinbar sind die Mitarbeiter sehr gestresst... obwohl nix los war.
Wie man als Mitarbeiter in einem Paketshop eine Paketnummer nicht erkennen kann ist mir ein Rätsel.
Parcel was placed there by DPD while you are on vacation.
Called briefly and asked to keep it there longer (no problem is made according to the seller).
Send a friend over. An employee tells her the parcel number (for tracking etc.) is a telephone number and she needs different data or should come again on another day.
On the second try, the package is still not there.
After another call it turns out the package is there.
Apparently the employees are very stressed ... even though nothing was going on.
How an employee in a parcel shop cannot recognize a parcel number is a mystery to me.
