â â â â â Besuch des Gauermann Museums, vor diesem liegt ganz romantisch ein Gasthof, sehr netter schattiger Garten, noch ein Lokal vom alten Schlag !
Der Wirt hat Witz, das Essen sehr gut, der Zweibelrostbraten und das Pariserschnitzel beides ausgezeichnet !
Die Tellersprache ohne Mascherln, wenn der Kraut/Gurkensalat nicht direkt am Teller gewesen wÀre, dadurch den genialen Bratensaft mit Essig versaut.
Der Nachtisch, eine Empfehlung vom Wirten, das richtige fĂŒr heisse Tage, eine Erdbeer Yoghurt Biskuit Torte, diese hat noch viel Luft nach oben, die Gelatine nicht gĂ€nzlich gelöst, daher GummistĂŒcke in der FĂŒlle, schade, das hat den 5 Stern gekostet.
Visit the Gauermann Museum, in front of this is a very romantic inn, very nice shady garden, another restaurant from the old school!
The host has joke, the food was very good, the Zweivelrostbraten and the Parisian Schnitzel both excellent!
The dish language without Mascherln, if the cabbage / cucumber salad would not have been directly on the plate, thereby messing up the ingenious gravy with vinegar.
The dessert, a recommendation from the host, the right one for hot days, a strawberry yoghurt biscuit cake, this has a lot of air to the top, the gelatin not completely dissolved, so gum in the abundance, too bad, that has cost the 5 star.
