★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Thursday late afternoon and we barely got a place for two, so reservations are basically a must.
That has two reasons, firstly the restaurant is small and secondly it is fantastic.
The furniture and decor is nice, staff is super friendly and quick, the beer specialities are really good and somewhat exotic and last but not least the food is delicious.
My friend had a Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, which he really liked, but I decided against a burger because I never had Spicy Ahi Poke and Kirbys is the only place in Graz I've ever seen it on the menu so I had to try it and I wasn't disappointed. The Spicy sauce was very spicy, so I only used a small amount but otherwise the taste was amazing, you probably have to be into sushi to like it, but I will definitely go there again soon.
Overall Kirbys definitely attracts a younger crowd, I'd say it's a bit of a Hipster-place, but hey that's not a bad thing and the fantastic food makes me recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best burger place in Gratz. the aged cheddar on the bacon cheeseburger makes it worth it, the truffle fries are seasoned to perfection, I personally wouldn't recommend the chilly cheese fries due to what them using nacho sauce cheese on them.

Make sure to reserve a table in advance due to current demand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: you need to walk all the way up Sporgasse. But once you're there, it is worth up the walk. The restaurant looks really nicely decorated.
Menu: it's a little expensive, but the food tasted really good. You should go for the SpareRips!
Staff: they were friendly and efficient.
Bathroom: it's was disgusting due to human missbehaviour.
