Die Damen die einen Anmelden sind auch sehr überfordert und geben nicht alle wichtigen Infos durch bzw. das ganze Team hört einen nicht wirklich zu. Dann noch die Aussage zu tätigen, nachdem man im vorhinein extra anruft und den Vorgang bezüglich Coronatest und Krankenstand abklärt und es dann plötzlich vor Ort heißt "Ich kann Sie nicht Krank schreiben, Sie müssen in der Firma um Urlaub anfragen" finde ich frech. Als ich erneut hinkam am selben Tag, eilte Frau Kirbaa als sie mich sah nach hinten in den Untersuchungsraum und es ertönte durch die Ordination auch noch ein "ist mir egal, sie ist selbst Schuld". Ich bin wirklich schockiert. Und egal wegen welchen Beschwerden man hinkam, nach max. 5 min. ist man ohne wirklich untersucht zu werden wieder draußen. Wirklich traurig. Does not take young people seriously. The ladies who sign up are also very overwhelmed and do not give all the important information through or the whole team does not really listen. Then to make the statement, after you call extra at advance and clarifies the process with regard to coronatest and sick leave and then suddenly the location is called on the spot "I can not write you sick, you have to inquire in the company for vacation" I find cheeky. When I came back on the same day, Mrs. Kirbaa hurried as she looked back in the investigation room and it sounded like the ordination, too, "I do not care, she is to blame". I'm really shocked. And no matter what complaints you arrived, after max. 5 min. You are without truly examined to be out again. Really sad.
B	Bianca Unterweger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War jetzt (zum Glück brauche ich ihn momentan nicht) schon länger nicht mehr aber für mich ist Dr. Kirbaa DER Arzt, dem ich vertrauen kann. Super sympathisch, nimmt einen immer ernst und vor allem nimmt er sich die Zeit. Ich würde niemals wechseln! Hasn't been in a long time (luckily I don't need him at the moment) but for me, Dr. Kirbaa THE doctor I can trust. Super personable, always takes you seriously and above all he takes the time. I would never switch!
