Die Reparatur und Servicearbeiten wurden zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt, gemacht wurde was nötig war, es wurde nicht versucht mir was einzureden. Super Leistung jungs ? I was accepted immediately without an appointment and I got my Megane back very quickly. The repair and service work was carried out to my complete satisfaction, what was necessary was done, no attempt was made to persuade me. Super performance guys ?

Diverse Services schon drei Mal in Anspruch genommen, immer schnell einen Termin bekommen und alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt. Auch Versicherungsfälle werden direkt abgewickelt; musste mich um nichts kümmern! Daumen hoch - wird auf alle Fälle weiterempfohlen! Very competent and friendly team! Bei anderen Werkstätten hätte ich Wartezeiten von 1 bis 2 Wochen gehabt. Ich bin Ihm sehr dankbar, dass er jede freie Minute und auch bis spät in die Nacht hinein mein Auto zuverlässig und schnell wider auf Vorderman gebracht hat! Kundenservice und Zufriedenheit wird hier groß geschrieben. Des weiteren muss man hier Aufzeigen dass Hr. Tomic ein allumfassendes Wissen und eine sehr gute Vernetzung zu diversen Händlern verfügt, da er das Problem sofort erkannt hat und die Reserveteile binnen 24h organisieren konnte! Hier komme ich immer wider gern vorbei Preis und Leistung absolut Top! Since I urgently need my car for work and my car broke down, Mr. Tomic recorded despite fully booked appointments. At other workshops I would have had to wait 1 to 2 weeks. I am very grateful to him that he quickly and reliably brought my car back up to scratch every free minute and even late into the night! Customer service and satisfaction are very important here. Furthermore, one must show here that Mr. Tomic has comprehensive knowledge and a very good network with various dealers, as he recognized the problem immediately and was able to organize the spare parts within 24 hours!
