Die bereits installierte KingBill 2017er Version läuft weiterhin auf Ihrem PC, jedoch bieten wir Folgendes nicht mehr an: - Technischen Support bei Problemen (zB. nach einem Windows-Update; PC-Wechsel etc.) - Software-Updates - Neuerliche Aktivierung Was können Sie nun tun um weiterhin sorgenfrei mit KingBill arbeiten zu können? Eine andere Version kaufen So macht man Kasse ! Herr Glaz (genaue Schreibweise ist mir nicht bekannt) hatte einen Termin am Donnerstag um 10:00 auf 14:00 verschoben. Um 14:05 bekamen wir einen Anruf das der Herr sich in 5-10 Minuten meldet. Nachdem wir bis 15 Uhr nichts gehört haben, haben wir versucht den Support zu kontaktieren, was jedoch nicht geklappt hat. Nun stehen wir hier mit unserem neuen Server und können seit 5 Tagen keine Angebote oder Rechnungen schreiben. Wir sind seit über 15 Jahren treuer Kunde bei Kingbill, doch das verhalten hat uns absolut gezeigt das es nicht der richtige Anbieter in Sachen Fakturierung ist. We have been trying to move our clients to a new server since Monday. Mr. Glaz (I don't know the exact spelling) had postponed an appointment on Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00. At 14:05 we got a call that the gentleman will answer in 5-10 minutes. After we didn't hear anything until 3 p.m., we tried to contact support, but it didn't work. Now we are here with our new server and have not been able to write any offers or invoices for 5 days. We have been a loyal customer at Kingbill for over 15 years, but that behavior absolutely showed us that it is not the right provider for invoicing.

Und da fängt das Problem an, unfreundlich wenn man Fragen hat ist der Support schon beendet und keine Lösung ist da. Jeder andere ist Schuld und ich als Nutzer stehe da. Man bekommt mail wenden sie sich an xy oder Videos die nicht hilfreich sind. Normal 4 Sterne aber auf Grund des Supportes nur 1er Hello, the product is good, I have been using it since 2008. The higher the version, the more vulnerable, hence support. And that's where the problem starts, unfriendly if you have any questions the support has already ended and there is no solution. Everyone else is to blame and I stand there as a user. You get mail contact xy or videos that are not helpful. Normally 4 stars but only 1 because of the support

Das einzige Gute ist der Kunden Support funktioniert zwar einwandfrei aber die Software leider nicht Geschwindigkeit ist eine Katastrophe man blamiert sich richtig neben der Kundschaft Es bleibt hängen.

Haben vor 3 Monaten einen Bug gemeldet durch welchen es nicht möglich ist sich anzeigen zu lassen welche Aufträge man abzurechnen hat... Eine nicht ganz unwesentliche Funktion für eine Warenwirtschaft. Nach wie erwähnt 3 Monaten Wartezeit, keiner Info durch den Support und neuerlicher nachfrage heißt es nur man muss Geduld haben und es gibt keine Info wann es behoben wird... Have used it for years and have been very happy so far. Reported a bug 3 months ago which makes it impossible to display which orders have to be invoiced... A not insignificant function for merchandise management. After a waiting period of 3 months, as mentioned, no information from the support and a new request, it just means you have to be patient and there is no information when it will be fixed...
