R	Robert Pelz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorweg: Habe erst kürzlich bemerkt, dass die Kindergruppe Babaluna in Google Maps zu finden ist, sonst hätte ich schon früher darüber geschrieben. Als Vater möchte ich darauf vertrauen wollen und müssen, dass der Nachwuchs in meiner Abwesenheit gut aufgehoben ist und daher teile ich meine Erfahrung gerne mit anderen Eltern. Meine drei Kinder haben die Kindergruppe Babaluna insgesamt 6 Jahre lang besucht. Inzwischen sind meine Großen schon Schulkinder, besuchen aber die Kindergruppe fallweise immer noch gerne zu den jährlichen stattfindenden Sommerfesten. Und sie erzählen auch heute noch, wie schön es dort war (obwohl ich sicher bin, dass sie sie sich wohl nicht mehr so recht erinnern können). Ich jedoch kann mich noch gut erinnern und daher das Wichtigste zuerst... Babaluna setzt da an, wo herkömmliche Kindergruppen schwer gefordert sind, nämlich an der Gruppengröße und dem Betreuungsschlüssel: Dort wo sich in anderen Kindergruppen 2 Betreuerinnen um bis zu 15 Kinder kümmern müssen, sind es in dieser Kindergruppe maximal 10 Kinder mit 4 Betreuerinnen. Das sind 10 glückliche Kinder mit 4 nicht überforderten Betreuerinnen! Die Aufmerksamkeit und Geduld des Betreuungsteams, aber auch die Fähigkeiten, sich in die Kinder (und fallweise auch in die Eltern) hineinzuversetzen und deren Gefühle wahrzunehmen, sind weitere Punkte, die ich positiv anmerken möchte. Ausreichend Platz, ein Garten (mit eigenen Gemüse) und täglich frisch gekochtes Essen erwähne ich nur beiläufig. Denn letztendlich waren die Haltung und das Werteverständnis gegenüber meinen Kindern ausschlaggebend für die Wahl der Gruppe: nämlich die Kinder da abzuholen, wo sie stehen und ihnen eine unbeschwerte und glückliche Zeit zu ermöglichen. In einer Zeit, wo es immer schwieriger wird, dem einzelnen Kind gerecht zu werden, ist diese Gruppe ein Lichtblick. First of all: I only recently noticed that the Babaluna children's group can be found in Google Maps, otherwise I would have written about it earlier. As a father, I want and need to trust that the offspring will be in good hands in my absence, and that's why I like to share my experience with other parents. My three children attended the Babaluna children's group for a total of 6 years. In the meantime, my older ones are already school children, but occasionally they still like to visit the children's group at the annual summer festivals. And they still tell today how beautiful it was there (although I am sure that they can hardly remember it). However, I can still remember well and therefore first things first ... Babaluna starts where conventional children's groups are challenged, namely on the group size and the childcare key: Where in other children's groups 2 carers have to look after up to 15 children, in this children's group there are a maximum of 10 children with 4 carers. That's 10 happy children with 4 carers who are not overwhelmed! The attention and patience of the care team, but also the ability to empathize with the children (and in some cases also with the parents) and perceive their feelings, are further points that I would like to comment positively. Sufficient space, a garden (with your own vegetables) and freshly cooked food are only mentioned in passing. Because ultimately the attitude and understanding of values towards my children were decisive for the choice of the group: namely to pick up the children where they are and to enable them to have a carefree and happy time. At a time when it is becoming increasingly difficult to do justice to the individual child, this group is a ray of hope.

The facilities are top-notch: the kids have their own private garden with a playground and orchard where they can grow their vegetables. A little gym for movement, a quiet room for naps and quiet time; and a kraft/ dining room. The place is packed with montessori inspired toys, and activities. It really is a great daycare for todlers.
