D	David P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht, als kind even niet meekomt, geen aandacht meer. 2hr sessie was waardeloos en gaf geen vertrouwen voor verdere sessies. Wij doen het zelf wel. Very bad, if child does not come along, no more attention. 2hr session was worthless and did not inspire confidence for further sessions. We do it ourselves.

C	Claas Mauersberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Anfang April 2018 in Söll. Unser Sohn hat die ersten Erfahrungen auf Skier in der Kiko gesammelt. Auch wenn das Ski fahren nicht im Vordergrund steht; der Spaß ist das Wichtigste. Es war eine absolut tolle und liebevolle Betreuung, da nur wenige Kinder betreut werden mussten. Es gab mittags selbstgekochtest Essen und die Zeiten für die Betreuung waren super. We were in Söll at the beginning of April 2018. Our son had his first experience on skis in the Kiko. Even if skiing is not in the foreground; fun is the most important thing. It was an absolutely great and loving care, since only a few children had to be looked after. There was self-cooked lunch at noon and the times for the care were great.
S	Sarah Dynes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially this place seemed a good place to leave our rather resilient three year old, who has NEVER cried in childcare before now. Our experience was that after 2 days it became clear that our daughter was unhappy. Day 3 and my husband refused to leave her as she was so distressed and saying staff we 'not kind daddy'. Objectively staff didnt really seem to care about the children with the exception of Tommy who seemed to try hard to engage, he appeared to be working in isolation whilst other staff appeared to 'clock watch'. I eventually complained prior to leaving and funnily enough no apology or part refund was offered. I really wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry to leave such a negative review.
