★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in Kika Linz are big lier and they deceived us while we were buying furniture for about 1200 euro.
The woman first told us that she would give us a voucher of 150 euro, but we wanted to look for and order something else which took some minutes. when we came back, she told us "sorry,I can give you just 50euro voucher instead of 150euro" and she was speaking with a man (with black hair and seems not to be originally Austrian or European) who behaved very impolitely to us (I guess they are in the second floor).
We got surprised by this behaviour. Besides, the young guy forced us to make a decision ASAP otherwise you will loose the offer of 25% and tomorrow you have to pay more. Now, I read in the website that not only they increased the discount to 33% but also they are claiming that they give voucher of 200euro for purchasing 1000euro. Maybe, they are even lying in their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were about to finish our orders including bed, sofa, dining table, chairs, etc ... But, we had doubt on a drawer and were thinking about it. It was about 6:30 PM, when the store would be closed. The staff’s behaviour at that moment was very rude to us. Aggressively with relatively loud voice, he pushed us to finish our order, otherwise, we have to leave the store!! We were shocked, finally, one of his colleague whom were witnessing this situation, excused us for his very impolite behaviour.
