Bei neuet Lieferung standen die eingepackten Paletten mitten im Geschäft, sodass man dann nirgends hinkommen. Personal schaute dann schief, als ob man was stehlen will. Auch wurde vor den Kunden über andere Kolleginnen hergezogen und geschimpft. "was die in ihrer Schicht nicht gemacht und nicht weggeräumt hat". Wenn man etwas probiert und es nicht gepasst hat und man es eh schon auf die Stange hängt zum wegräumen wird man mit unter angeschaltet. Und die Ständer von draußen wurden schon ab 17.45 ins Geschäft gebracht obwohl bis 18.30 offen ist, sodass es dann gar kein Durchkommen mehr gibt. Und wehe man mag dann noch schmökern gehen.-- keine gute Idee. Beschweren ist auch absolut unnötig, weil man es dann mit einer unmöglichen Ignoranz zu tun bekommt. Wenn es gehen würde, würde ich minus 10 Sterne vergeben!! Rude and unhelpful staff. Branch crammed and not cleaned up. With the new delivery, the packed pallets were in the middle of the shop, so that you couldn't get anywhere. The staff then looked wrong, as if trying to steal something. There was also ranting and scolding in front of customers about other colleagues. "what she didn't do in her shift and didn't put away". If you try something and it did not fit and you hang it on the pole anyway to clear away you will be switched on with below. And the stands from outside were brought into the shop from 5.45 p.m. although they are open until 6.30 p.m. And woe then you may go browsing - not a good idea. Complaining is also absolutely unnecessary, because then you have to deal with an impossible ignorance. If it were possible, I would give minus 10 stars !!
E	ElFee Anders (OTG) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöfliches Personal! kurz vor betreten aß ich einen Müsliriegel und da vor und in dem Geschäft kein Mülleimer auszumachen war(!schlechtes Umweltbewusstsein!) ging ich zum personal mit der bitte den müll wegschmeißen zu dürfen. Dieses bezichtigte mich sofort des Diebstahls dieses Artikels obwohl sie diesen nicht führen und er eindeutig mit dem Etikett eines anderen Ladens versehen war. Fazit: diese filiale erweckt den anschein von Unachtsamkeit dem Kunden gegenüber und Umweltunfreudlichkeit dem planeten gegenüber Very rude staff! just before entering I ate a muesli bar and since before and in the business no trash can was to make out (! bad environmental awareness!) I went to the staff with the please the garbage to throw away. This immediately accused me of stealing this item, even though they did not carry it and it was clearly labeled with another store's label. Conclusion: this branch arouses the appearance of carelessness towards the customer and environmental friendliness towards the planet
D	Danijela Kovacevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Verkäuferin, besonders die Fatma, die andere Mitarbeiterin wo grad am gehen war und zu ihr gesagt hat tschüss Fatma war sehr freundlich. Wollte eine Hose zurück bringen wo ich gestern gekauft habe, in dem Moment reißt mir die Rechnung, die unfreundliche Verkäuferin sagt zu mir sie darf das nicht zurück nehmen da die Rechnung gerissen ist, sag ich zu ihr sind ja beide da untere und obere Teil da der Rechnung, soll mir bitte Klebeband geben, dass ich es zusammen klebe, da fährt sie mich an in einem so unfreundlichen Ton, dass ich gesagt hab, kein Problem kann gern zum Konsumentenschutz gehen, dann schauen wir ob sie es zurück nehmen muss, da die Rechnung vorhanden ist aber leider gerissen. Da haut sie mir den Zettel zum ausfüllen hin und die Rechnung und das Wechselgeld auf die verkaufstheke und schmeißt die Kassa zu. Und beim verlassen der Filiale, schimpft sie auf türkisch hinterher, so was gehört nicht hinter eine Verkaufstheke sondern in ein Lager zum Sortieren wo sie keinen Kontakt mit Kunden hat... Very unfriendly saleswoman, especially Fatma, the other employee who was just about to go and said goodbye Fatma was very friendly.
