★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Kieserhöhe fand sich früher eine kleine Holzblockhütte. Und es war neben der Jannerhöhe eine der beiden Anhöhen, die nach Ehrenbürgern von Schoppernau benannt worden waren. Der Name der Kieserhöhe geht auf Oskar Kieser und seine Frau Mathilde (geb. Göler von Ravensburg) zurück, die 40 Jahre lang regelmäßig in Schoppernau zu Gast waren für ihre Urlaube. Dazu fuhren sie mit dem Waldbähnle in das Tal nach Schoppernau. Der Ausblick von hier oben ist sehr schön und man kann sich noch gut vorstellen, wo die Hütte ursprünglich mal stand.
 There used to be a small log cabin on the Kieserhöhe. And next to the Jannerhöhe it was one of the two hills that had been named after honorary citizens of Schoppernau. The name of the Kieserhöhe goes back to Oskar Kieser and his wife Mathilde (née Göler von Ravensburg), who were regular guests in Schoppernau for their holidays for 40 years. To do this, they took the Waldbähnle into the valley to Schoppernau. The view from up here is very nice and you can still imagine where the hut was originally.
