Service, war für uns völlig inkompetent und unfreundlich, wahrscheinlich lag es daran das später der Chef außer Haus war!? Wir kommen jedenfalls nie wieder und können es auch niemandem weiterempfehlen. Auch wenn die Werkstatt preislich gesehen günstiger ist als in anderen Werkstätten, jedoch ist es uns nicht Wert. Da zahlen wir lieber etwas drauf... PS. Der Gast hat ein Recht darauf "SEINE " ausgetauschten kaputten Teile zu begutachten bzw. auch mit zu nehmen! Und liebe Grüße am Empfang... nein, ich bin deshalb nicht gleich Lächerlich!!! I would rather take my car to the other workshop than give it to these employees again !! Service, was completely incompetent and unfriendly for us, probably it was because the boss was out later !? In any case, we will never come back and we cannot recommend it to anyone. Even if the workshop is cheaper than other workshops in terms of price, it is not worth it to us. We'd rather pay extra ... PS. The guest has the right to inspect "HIS" exchanged broken parts or to take them with him! And best regards at the reception ... no, that's not why I'm ridiculous!

Bevor man dort eine falsche (und oft kostspielige) Diagnose erhält, wird eher noch einmal nachgesehen, um sich ja sicher zu sein. Das habe ich bei anderen Werkstätten durchaus schon anders erlebt. Die Preise sind absolut fair, das Personal freundlich. Und diese Qualität spricht sich nunmal herum. Nicht von ungefähr ist es so, dass man beim Papst schon eher einen Audienztermin bekommt, als in dieser Werkstatt einen Reparaturtermin. Aber das Warten zahlt sich aus. I have been a customer of this workshop for years and have never been disappointed. Before you get a wrong (and often costly) diagnosis there, you tend to look again to be sure. I've seen it quite differently at other workshops. The prices are absolutely fair, the staff friendly. And word of this quality gets around. It is not by chance that you get an audience appointment with the Pope rather than a repair appointment in this workshop. But it pays to wait.

Was der Service kostet, konnte oder wollte man mir vorher nicht sagen. Das ist tagesaktuell was auch immer das bedeutet? Hauptsache man bringt das Auto erstmal, damit man wenig Zeit hat ein anderes Angebot einzuholen und frist den Preis, weil er steht da. Des weiteren werden ohne zu fragen Kennzeichen Halterungen abgebaut, was ich auch befremdlich finde. Fehler werden gemacht und es wird sich nicht einmal entschuldigt The quality has decreased a lot and it is also expensive. Nach staatlicher Überprüfung KV ca 250 € Großer Unterschied. Dies ist versuchter Betrug dieser Firma!!! Also bitte meiden!!!????? This workshop is absolutely to be avoided! When they checked the badge, they wanted to make a new one out of my old Polo. Oral KV approx. € 3,000. After government review KV about 250 € Big difference. This is an attempted scam by this company !!! So please avoid !!! ?????
W	Winfried Strudl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Werkstatt, tolle Mitarbeiter. Alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl ich ein gröberes Problem mit der Elektronik hatte wurde der KV eingehalten und sich wirklich sehr bemüht den Fehler rasch zu finden. Chef hat sich dann sogar noch telefonisch entschuldigt weil es bisschen länger gedauert hatte. Alles in allem, es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Sehr gerne wieder. Great workshop, great employees. All friendly and courteous. Although I had a major problem with the electronics, the KV was adhered to and really tried very hard to find the error quickly. The boss even apologized over the phone because it had taken a little longer. All in all, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Lovely again.
