Auf unserem reiseweg haben wir eine Panne gehabt
Obwohl es Samstag mittag War (kein termien hatten und die Werkstatt voll mit arbeit war ) hat man uns geholfen und gekuckt was der Fehler War .
Nach einer Stunde suchen und prüfen ergab sich das unser Klima Kompressor von unserem x5 sich verabschiedet hatte und die Reparatur frühstens Montag weiter gehen konnte (zwecks Ersatzteile da es Samstag nachmittag wurde )
Trotz des Aufwandes wollte man von uns nichts haben und oben drein hat man uns einen Stromwandler
Geliehen ohne irgend einen fand dazulassen
Was wir mit einem externen Klima gerät von einem Elektronik laden uns geholt haben und wir die reise im warmen wagen zum sonnigen Süden kühl weiter setzen Konten

I am very very very satisfied
We broke down on our journey
Even though it was noon on Saturday (no appointments and the workshop was full of work) we were helped and looked at what the error was.
After an hour of searching and checking, it turned out that our air conditioning compressor had said goodbye to our x5 and the repair could continue on Monday at the earliest (for spare parts as it was Saturday afternoon)
Despite the effort, they didn't want anything from us and on top of that they gave us a current transformer
Borrowed without leaving anyone found
What we got from an electronics store with an external air conditioning unit and we continue the journey in a warm car to the sunny south coolly

I am extremely satisfied with this workshop! And there is only a sticker if everything is in order. I want to be SAFE on the road with my vehicle. I have been a satisfied customer for over 25 years ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Werkstatt aller Zeiten verlangen viel mehr Geld als es wirklich Wert ist wenn, dass Auto ein neues Teil braucht, und zeigen Besucher an die länger als 1 h bei ihren Parkplatz stehen wenn man im Laden ist, Frechheit vom Feinsten, ich geb euch einen guten Rat, sucht euch einen guten Mechaniker der nicht betrügt!!!??
Worst workshop of all time charge a lot more money than it is really worth when the car needs a new part, and show visitors who stand in their parking lot for more than 1 hour when you are in the shop, cheek at its best, I'll give you a good one Advice, look for a good mechanic who doesn't cheat !!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht vertrauenswürdig! Sie halten sich nicht an Absprachen! Wir haben dort ein Auto gekauft und das alte Auto eingetauscht. Uns wurden 500 Euro weniger für unser altes Auto ausgezahlt, als abgesprochen. Erst meinten sie, dass das von uns neu gekaufte Auto ja teurer gewesen sei, dann sagten sie die Winterreifen wären ja nicht inkludiert gewesen. Aber der Kaufpreis ist online nachzulesen und die inkludierte doppelte Bereifung wurde uns beim Kaufgespräch zugesagt. Extrem inkompetent! Auf keinen Fall empfehlswert!
Untrustworthy! You don't stick to agreements! We bought a car there and exchanged the old car. We were paid 500 euros less for our old car than agreed. First they said that the new car we had bought was more expensive, then they said the winter tires weren't included. But the purchase price can be read online and the included double tires were promised to us during the purchase discussion. Extremely incompetent! Definitely not recommended!
