Very good workshop, had no problem yet and we regularly put the car out for repairs, changing tires, etc. I can only recommend it ??

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, die Qualität der Arbeiten sehr professionell und die Abwicklung unkompliziert. Im Vergleich zu den Jahren bei großen Vertragswerkstätten ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, danke euch für die tolle Arbeit! Was there for the first time as I haven't lived in Alland for long. The employees are friendly, the quality of the work is very professional and the handling is uncomplicated. Compared to the years at large authorized workshops, a difference like day and night. I will definitely be back, thank you for the great work!

Konnte nicht meinen Antriebsriemen bestellen. ALSO KEINE Reparatur. So ein schlechtes Service. Order was fixed by phone. I sent order repair by email with an approval certificate. Day of appointment. Ignorance of my repair. Couldn't order my drive belt. SO NO repairs. Such bad service.

Die Arbeiten werden immer zur Zufriedenheit durchgeführt, alles rasch, freundlich und kompetent. Hab die Werkstatt schon mehrmals weiter empfohlen, auch da waren alle zufrieden. Haben hier auch unsere Reifen eingelagert. Die werden vor Beginn der jeweiligen Saison kontrolliert. Sollte es Mängel geben, bekommt man einen freundlichen Anruf, dass etwas nicht passt und wie weiter vorgegangen werden soll. Service passt hier einfach, daher kommen wir auch die nächsten Jahre wieder! We have been to KFZ Auer regularly for years with many different vehicles. The work is always carried out to your satisfaction, everything quickly, friendly and competently. I have already recommended the workshop to others, and everyone was satisfied. We also stored our tires here. They are checked before the start of the respective season. If there are defects, you get a friendly call that something is wrong and how to proceed. Service is just right here, so we'll be back in the next few years!
