★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr zuvorkommend! Tatsächlich war es momentan etwas schwierig, das Auto in die Werkstatt zu bringen, Herr Spacek hat uns hierbei ausgeholfen und uns unterstützt. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft und das "Extra" im Kundenservice kannte ich bisher nicht.
Das Problem mit dem Auto wurde professionell und rasch behoben.
Auch habe ich mich als Frau gar nicht unwohl gefühlt, mit der Werkstatt in Kontakt zu treten. Das ist leider bei vielen Werkstätten nicht so.
Vielen Dank für die Geduld und Hilfe!
Very very accommodating! It was actually a bit difficult to get the car into the workshop at the moment, Mr Spacek helped and supported us with this. I didn't know this willingness to help and the "extra" in customer service before.
The problem with the car was fixed professionally and quickly.
Also, as a woman, I didn't feel uncomfortable getting in touch with the workshop. Unfortunately, this is not the case in many workshops.
