C	Charlie_Firpo78 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute eine Einzelgenehmigung eines Fahrzeuges in der Zweigstelle beim Hirschmuggl in Gralla. Alles Reibungslos abgelaufen, sehr netter und korrekter Prüfer der Landesregierung. Wartezeit auf den Termin war zwar sehr lange, darauf wird aber beim anmelden bereits hingewiesen u d aufgrund von coronaauflagen haben sich alle Termine entsprechend nach hinten verlegt. Today I had an individual permit for a vehicle in the branch at Hirschmuggl in Gralla. Everything went smoothly, very nice and correct auditor from the state government. The waiting time for the appointment was very long, but this is already pointed out when you register and due to corona requirements, all appointments have been postponed accordingly.

Ich habe den Brief am 10.8 bekommen nächster freier Termin ist im November musste fast meine Nummertafel abgeben da „ich“ den Zeitraum nicht einhalten konnte. (Habe am Tag nachdem ich den Brief bekommen habe angerufen). Had to present my vehicle by 3.9. I received the letter on August 10th. The next free date is in November. (Called the day after I got the letter).
M	Michael Reicher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War jetzt zwei Mal dort jeweils unterschiedliche Fahrzeuge Einzel zu genehmigen. Die Prüfer sind kooperativ und sehr korrekt. Ich kann aber über die Empfangsdame nichts Positives berichten. Sollte eher NICHT als Empfangsdame fungieren, ohne da ins Detail zu gehen. Die Prüfungen selbst waren aber beide sehr gut. Was now there twice to approve different vehicles individually. The examiners are cooperative and very correct. But I can't say anything positive about the receptionist. Should NOT act as a receptionist without going into detail. The exams themselves were both very good.

V	Vanessa Liebscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute einen Termin gehabt für das eintragen der Federn - da mein Fahrzeug ein Leasing Auto ist musste meine Leasing Firma den Typenschein nach Graz schicken. Was macht die kfz Prüfstelle ?? Schickt den Typenschein einfach wieder zurück weil keine Ansprechsperson angegeben war . Woher sollte man auch wissen das man 1. eine Ansprechsperson benötigt & 2. WER die Ansprechsperson überhaupt ist ?! Die Dame am Empfang bestätigte es mir noch, dass dies weder im Internet noch sonst wo angegeben ist, das man das benötigt & das sie deshalb sämtliche Typenscheine wieder zurück an Leasing Firmen schicken . Bei allem Respekt : kann man das nicht beim E-Mail Verkehr angeben oder wenigstens bei der Terminvergabe wenn man darauf hinweist das es ein Leasing Fahrzeug ist ?! Kann jetzt warten bis meine Leasing Firma den Typenschein wieder erhält bzw. kann warten, dass die Prüfstelle den Schein erhält MIT Ansprechsperson ! & trotzdem dauert dies mehr als 2 Wochen bist die Eintragung fix erscheint . & alles nur deshalb weil man keine Ahnung hatte das man ein „z.H.“ auf dem Brief vermerken muss , weil es einem ja nicht gesagt wurde . Der Mechaniker war wenigstens einigermaßen kompetent - deshalb 2 Sterne Had an appointment today to register the springs - since my vehicle is a leasing car, my leasing company had to send the type approval to Graz. What does the kfz test center do? Just send the type certificate back because no contact person was given. How should you know that you 1. need a contact person & 2. WHO is the contact person ?! The lady at the reception confirmed to me that this is not stated on the Internet or anywhere else, that this is needed & that they therefore send all type certificates back to leasing companies. With all due respect: can you not state that when you e-mail or at least make an appointment when you point out that it is a leasing vehicle ?! Can now wait until my leasing company receives the type certificate again or can wait for the test center to receive the certificate WITH a contact person! & nevertheless this takes more than 2 weeks until the entry appears fixed. & all because you had no idea that you had to put a "z.H." on the letter because you weren't told. The mechanic was at least reasonably competent - therefore 2 stars

V12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das sind die wahren GÖTTER - bestimmen nach Gutdünken - und lassen Dich Monatelang schmoren. wegen Arbeits Überlastung. und die Halle ist nur leer und die Jausenpause dauert vormittag eine Stunde.. die lachen weil wir vor Ihnen knien sollen!!! eine Beamten Frechheit und Willkür !!! These are the true GODS - determine at will - and leave you stewing for months. because of work overload. and the hall is just empty and the morning snack break lasts an hour.. they laugh because we are supposed to kneel in front of them!!! official cheek and arbitrariness!
S	Stefan m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Telefonvermittlung ist ja hier und da zu erreichen aber sowie es um Auskünfte geht wo man weitergeleitet werden sollte, wird einfach aufgelegt. Mehrfach. Wenn man in der Privatwirtschaft auch so arbeiten würde, hätte das keine Zukunft. Schade... The telephone exchange can be reached here and there, but as soon as information is asked about where to be forwarded, they simply hang up. Multiple. If you worked like that in the private sector, there would be no future. Pity...
