Bought a Mazda Cx5 1.5 years ago and so far very satisfied. Mr. Kalman is an extremely personable, nice manager. Personally, I can only recommend the workshop to everyone!

Nach negativem Prüfbericht beim ÖAMTC wurde das Auto wegen guter Bewertungen zu dieser Werkstatt gebracht. Versprochener Kostenvoranschlag nach 2-3 Tagen ist nicht gekommen. Mehrmals angerufen, 1x erreicht: wir wurden vertröstet auf "morgen Früh". Am nächsten Tag wieder nichts und abgehoben wurde auch nicht. Ein Wochenende verging und endlich kam der Kostenvoranschlag, diesmal sogar selbstständig.
Kostenvoranschlag war allerdings schon nicht mehr interessant, da diese Werkstatt nicht zuverlässig ist. ÖAMTC hat das Auto nun von der Werkstatt zu uns nach Hause abgeschleppt. Ohne Zulassungsschein und ohne Prüfbericht. Werkstatt hebt nicht ab, drückt uns weg.
Unreliable and impossible to contact.
After a negative test report at the ÖAMTC, the car was brought to this workshop because of good reviews. The promised cost estimate after 2-3 days did not come. Called several times, reached once: we were put off to "tomorrow morning". The next day nothing and no answer was taken either. A weekend passed and finally the cost estimate came, this time independently.
However, the cost estimate was no longer interesting because this workshop is not reliable. ÖAMTC has now towed the car from the workshop to our home. Without a certificate of approval and without a test report. Workshop doesn't take off, pushes us away.
