★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin schon seit Jahren dort und hatte immer gute Erfahrugnen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Leider können sie bei Motorradern nur das Jährliche "Pikale" machen. Alles was ins eingemachte geht kann dort nicht gemacht werden. Aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Es wird immer alles so schnell wie möglich erledigt.
 I've been there for years and always had good experiences. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Unfortunately, they can only make the annual "Pikale" for motorcyclists. Everything that is canned can not be done there. But otherwise I am very satisfied. Everything is always done as fast as possible.

Was there for the first time. The contact was friendly and professional. The repair went quickly. The price was ok. In short: there was nothing to complain about.

Top Service, ich komme wieder!
Super friendly staff, call with a quote before they start work and take a lot of time afterwards to explain exactly what exactly they repaired and why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden ist sehr sehr viel Luft nach oben, was man von der internen Kommunikation nicht behaupten kann - die "Teammitglieder" sind alle perfekt auf Schiene.
Die Leistung ist leider auch nicht mehr dieselbe wie vor einigen Jahren.
An Transparenz mangelt es ein bisschen.
When it comes to communicating with customers, there is a lot of room for improvement, which cannot be said of internal communication - the "team members" are all perfectly on track.
Unfortunately, the performance is no longer the same as it was a few years ago.
There is a little lack of transparency.

Great praise for this top workshop, delivered the defective Polo in the morning (without an appointment) and picked it up again in the evening, fully roadworthy. Always prompt and friendly....My Ducati Monster was happy too ;-))
