★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist noch zuviel!!
Habe etwas online bestellt und wurde nie informiert ob die Bestellung schon da ist. Als ich nach 3 Wochen wieder im Geschäft war, sah ich meine bestellen Artikel dort liegen. Auch bei der 2ten Bestellung muss man sich aktiv darum kümmern. Sonst bekommt man sie nie.
Die Verkäufer sind so schlecht, unglaublich. Wenn ich etwas kaufen will, dann will ich keine Belehrung sondern eine Beratung.
Ich war jetzt schon des öfteren dort und jeder Verkäufer ist ein perfektes Beispiel dafür wie man es nicht machen sollte.
Anscheinend hat es dieses Geschäft nicht nötig Kunden für sich zu gewinnen.

I ordered something online and was never informed whether the order was already there. When I was back in the shop after 3 weeks, I saw the items I had ordered lying there. Even with the 2nd order you have to actively take care of it. Otherwise you never get them.
The salespeople are so bad, amazing. If I want to buy something, I don't want an instruction, I want advice.
I've been there a number of times now and every salesperson is a perfect example of how not to do it.
Apparently, this business doesn't need to attract customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einkauf unter unerträglichem Sirenengehäul weil die Anlieferung der Neuware durch einen alarmgesicherten Notausgang erfolgt! Mein Hinweis die Türe zu schließen wurde lauthals mit dem Hinweis auf Warenlieferung abgelehnt. Türe war gute 15 Minuten offen, davon aber nur kurze Zeit genutzt.
Beim Abholen der gekürzten neu gekauften und bereits bezahlten Hose am vereinbarten Tag musste ich noch gute 20 Minuten warten und mich auf Nachfrage belehten lassen, dass der vereinbarte Abholtag zwar begonnen aber noch nicht beendet sei. UNFASSBAR!

When picking up the shortened, newly purchased and already paid for pants on the agreed day, I had to wait a good 20 minutes and, when asked, be informed that the agreed pick-up day had started but not yet ended. INCOMPREHENSIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die anderen Bewertungen keineswegs nachvollziehen. Zumindest, was die Waffenabteilung betrifft. Die Mitarbeiter dort - zumindest jene, mit denen ich bisher zu tun hatte - sind immer hilfsbereit, wissen über ihren Bereich bescheid und vor allem sind sie stets freundlich.
Dass manche Dinge nicht sofort lieferbar sind, liegt wahrscheinlich mehr am Großhändler oder den Herstellern und nicht am Verkäufer vor Ort. Das ist vielen Kunden nicht klar. Auch wenn oft viel los ist in der Abteilung, versuchen die Kundenbetreuer eine Balance zwischen kurzer Frage und ausgiebiger Beratung zu finden. Zumindest hätte ich es so gefühlt. Insofern: Ich für meinen Teil kaufe sicher wieder dort.
I can not understand the other reviews. At least as far as the weapons department is concerned. The staff there - at least those I have dealt with so far - are always helpful, know about their area and, above all, they are always friendly.
The fact that some things are not immediately available is probably more due to the wholesaler or the manufacturer and not to the local seller. Many customers are not aware of this. Even if there is often a lot going on in the department, the customer advisors try to find a balance between a short question and extensive advice. At least I would have felt it that way. In this respect: For my part I will definitely buy there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sauen-Schutzweste für den Hund gekauft und dort anprobiert. Den Hinweis bekommen, dass die Weste nicht ganz eng anliegen soll.
Zu Hause mit Hund und angelegter Weste spazieren gewesen. Hund möchte auf einen Baumstumpf springen und verhakt seinen Vorderlauf in der Weste, so dass ich ihn befreien muss. Weste geputzt und zurück gebracht. Nein Umtausch nicht möglich weil, vermutlich durch den Fall vom Baumstumpf auf den Boden, die Weste an 2 Stellen etwas abgerieben war. Keine Kulanz, kein Einschicken, überhaupt nichts. Wenn das bei der Drückjagd passiert wäre, wäre mein Hund tot, dank der falschen Beratung.
Ein schreckliches Geschäft, mit grauenhaften Mitarbeitern.
Bought a sow protective vest for the dog and tried it on there. Get the hint that the vest shouldn't be very tight.
Walked at home with dog and vest. Dog wants to jump on a tree stump and hooks his foreleg in his vest so that I have to free him. Vest cleaned and brought back. No, exchanges are not possible because, presumably due to falling from the tree stump to the ground, the vest was a little worn in two places. No goodwill, no mailing, nothing at all. If that had happened during the driven hunt, my dog would be dead thanks to wrong advice.
Terrible business, with terrible employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe hier meine Waffen zum Service gebracht, wie immer sehr gut. Meine Pacht in Österreich habe ich seit 25 Jahren, verstehe nicht wie man einen solch freundlichen Kundenservice bemängeln kann. Eduard Kettner ist für mich seit Jahren der beste Service, da können sich anderen eine Scheibe abschneiden. Habe damals schon mit Eduard zusammen Böcke geschossen, guter Mann.
Got my guns for service here, as always, very good. I have had my lease in Austria for 25 years and I don't understand how one can criticize such a friendly customer service. Eduard Kettner has been the best service for me for years, so others can learn from it. Back then I shot goats with Eduard, good man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I had looked at all the bad reviews before I ordered from them. In September I ordered a gun set for pickup. By December I still hadn’t heard back from them so I reached out to see what’s going on. The set I ordered wasn’t available anymore but I was offered another one. Ok, so far so good. Only that the blank ammunition they sold me is a different caliber than the gun... come on, what the f.... this is supposed to be a gun store. Really disappointed by their quality of service, considering this place isn’t cheap. I won’t ever go back here.
