Near Flachau and and Agreen. There is a supermarket nearby. Large apartment with two bathrooms. Tennis court in front of the apartment. Quiet location. Well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tablets even have)
H	Henk van Heerde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk appartement met helaas een paar tekortkomingen: geen slot op gemeenschappelijke douche, geen aparte WC, vrijwel alle pannendeksels ontbreken, slechte mengkranen, geen gordijn voor doucheraam, geen houtblokken voor spekkachel dus koude eerste nacht. Zou niet voor mogen komen bij een huurprijs van 2600 euro voor een week. Nice apartment with unfortunately a few shortcomings: no lock on communal shower, no separate WC, almost all pan lids are missing, poor mixer taps, no curtain for shower window, no logs for electric heater so cold first night. Should not occur with a rent of 2600 euros for a week.

Na své si tady přijde opravdu každý. Great staff, fabulous hotel bosses, all first class. I recommend especially for families with children. They are very prepared for small visitors. Everyone here really comes to theirs.
K	Kevin Niederwanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine Apartment gemietet, wobei der Eigentümer das Hotel Kesselgrub ist. Die Apartments werden als Kesselgrubs Wohlfühlapartements angepriesen. Die guten Google-Bewertungen dieser Apartments sind leider ungerechtfertigt, hier unser Erlebnis: In den Apartments sind keine standard Utensilien wie z.b. Geschirrspülmittel, Geschirrtuch, Schwamm, Backpapier, Pfeffer bzw. andere Gewürze und Müllsäcke vorhanden. Dementsprechend sind auch die 4 vorhandenen Teller recht wenig. Geschirr ist überwiegend schmutzig hinterlassen worden, was man sich in einem frisch gemieteten Apartment nicht erwartet. Zusätzlich wurde es auch nicht mal besenrein übergeben, da Chipsbrösel offensichtlich am Boden lagen. Ein Backblech ist auch nicht vorhanden. Die angepriesene Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden, jedoch gibt es keinen Grillrost noch Kohlen oder Holz. Die Spitze des Eisbergs ist der Sicherheitscode welcher sehr eng mit der Apartmentnummer verknüpft ist. Anfangs wurde uns auch das falsche Zimmer mitgeteilt, somit sind wir ganz einfach beim Nachbarn rein, der nicht Zuhause war. Update: Ja es ist richtig, dass Gewürze nicht im Angebot enhalten sind, jedoch steht auch nicht dabei, dass diese nicht vorhanden sind und wäre deshalb eine sehr hilfreiche Information. Das gleiche gilt für Geschirrspülmittel, Schwämme, Schwammtücher, Backpapier, etc. Geschirrtücher waren definitiv nicht vorhanden, wir mussten ein Badetuch als Geschirrtuch verwenden. Da wir schon von Badetücher reden, möchte ich hier anmerken, dass auch nur 3 Badetücher bei einer Buchung von 4 Personen vorhanden waren. Ebenso das Backblech war definitiv nicht vorhanden. Dass die mangelnde Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten und auch des Geschirrs nicht angesprochen wurde erklärt wohl, dass Ihnen das bewusst ist. Den Sicherheitscode von "Zeit zu Zeit" zu ändern ist auch ein sehr fragwürdiger Ansatz. Dieser muss nach jedem Besuch neu vergeben werden. Speziell wenn man von der Apartmentnummer auf den Sicherheitscode schließen kann sind nicht einmal die persönlichen Gegenstände vor den Nachbarn sicher. Vielleicht war die mangelnde Sicherheit ja auch für die mangelnde Sauberkeit verantwortlich.... We rented an apartment, whereby the owner is the Hotel Kesselgrub. The apartments are advertised as Kesselgrubs feel-good apartments. The good Google reviews of these apartments are unfortunately unjustified, here is our experience: In the apartments there are no standard utensils such as Dishwashing liquid, tea towel, sponge, baking paper, pepper or other spices and garbage bags available. Accordingly, the 4 existing plates are also very few. Dishes were mostly left dirty, which is not expected in a freshly rented apartment. In addition, it was not even handed over clean, as crisp crumbs were obviously on the floor. There is also no baking sheet. The advertised grill is available, but there is no grill, coal or wood. The tip of the iceberg is the security code, which is very closely linked to the apartment number. At first we were told the wrong room, so we simply went to the neighbor who was not at home. Update: Yes, it is correct that spices are not included in the offer, but it does not say that they are not available and would therefore be very helpful information. The same goes for dishwashing detergent, sponges, sponge cloths, baking paper, etc. Tea towels were definitely not available, we had to use a bath towel as a tea towel. Since we are already talking about bath towels, I would like to note that only 3 bath towels were available for a booking of 4 people. Likewise, the baking sheet was definitely not available. The fact that the poor cleanliness of the premises and the dishes was not mentioned probably explains that you are aware of this. Changing the security code from time to time is also a very questionable approach. This must be reassigned after each visit. Especially if you can infer the security code from the apartment number, not even your personal belongings are safe from the neighbors. Perhaps the lack of security was also responsible for the lack of cleanliness ...
