Auch ein Besuch in der Verkaufsstelle in Aigen Schlägl ist zu empfehlen. This is the place to be when it comes to candles. A large selection of handmade candles as well as special designs for christenings, weddings and many other occasions can be found in the candle factory. A visit to the sales outlet in Aigen Schlägl is also recommended.

Ohne Teller nicht nutzbar Be careful with the 4-wick candle. Wax flowed out after a very short time. Unfortunately noticed too late. Wax in the shaggy carpet ? You can see what comes out of it ? Cannot be used without a plate

Wahl bestellt und eine Kiste wilder Kerzen ohne einzeoverpackung mit schrammen, farbabplatzer und Goldstaub Auf der haelfte der Kerzen, da dieser von einer gueldenen Kerze abging. Keine gute Lieferung, geht zurueck. Zudem zwei grosse lieblose platikknaeuel oben !!! drauf auf der Ware. sieht eher nach muellentsorgung beim Kunden aus als Transportschutz. Unten um Paket wenige styroporschnipsel und altpapier, aber kein Schutz Fuer die Kerzen nach unten. Ich ergänze heute etwa 7 tage nach Erhalt der Ware meine Rezension und andere auf durchschnittlicuc 3 Sterne weil der Kundenservice 5 Sterne wert war. Ich habe nach uebersendung von Fotos den vollen Betrag erstattet bekommen und brauchte auch die Kerzen nicht aufwendig zurücksenden. Danke dafür, daß habe ich so schnell und professionell nicht erwartet nach der Sendung. Alles Gute. Ordered 2 kilograms of 1st choice and a box of wild candles without single packaging with scratches, paint flakes and gold dust on half of the candles, as this came off a gueldenen candle. Not a good delivery, goes back. In addition, two large, loveless plastic knobs on top !!! on it on the goods. looks more like garbage disposal at the customer than transport protection. At the bottom of the package, a few styrofoam snippets and waste paper, but no protection for the candles below. Today, about 7 days after receiving the goods, I add my review and others to an average of 3 stars because the customer service was worth 5 stars. After sending the photos, I got the full amount refunded and I didn't need to laboriously return the candles. Thanks for not expecting that so quickly and professionally after the broadcast. W	Werner May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Katastrophe. Eine Kerze in falscher Farbe geliefert, die andere kaputt. Bis dahin ja alles gut, kann ja passieren. Aber das nach 4 Mails und Fotos, 3 Wochen später, sich immer noch keiner meldet...… Das ist wirklich schlimm und spricht für einen unmöglichen Kundenservice. Was soll man da noch sagen. Geld weg, Ware kaputt oder nicht OK. Schöne WEB Seiten sind das Eine, Zuverlässigkeit halt das Andere ! Mag sich da jeder seinen eigenen Reim drauf machen. Absolute disaster. One candle delivered in the wrong color, the other one broken. Until then, all right, can happen. But after 4 mails and photos, 3 weeks later, still no one reports ... ... This is really bad and speaks for an impossible customer service. What else can I say. Money gone, goods broken or not OK. Beautiful WEB sites are one thing, reliability holds the other! May everyone make their own rhyme on it.
d	david wiatr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloß Finger weg!!! Kerze wurde nicht entsprechend der Angaben gefertigt, auf der Rechnung stand „Rücksprache nicht möglich, da Telefonnummer falsch“. Bei dem Hinweis, dass ja eine Emailadresse vorhanden war, ist man sich auch weiterhin keiner Schuld bewusst, Antwort „eine Rückfrage per Mail dauert 3-5 Tage“ (stimmt, die Rückmeldung hat auch - inkl. nochmaliger Nachfrage - 10 Tage gedauert, traurig! / schön auch, dass vor 8 Monaten vom Inhaber noch angegeben wird, es wird binnen 24 Stunden geantwortet, Tränen gelacht grade) Zeit sollte im Ermessen des Kunden liegen und diese Antwort zeugt davon, dass man hier nur schnell schnell macht, auf Kosten der Qualität, wie zuvor auch schon genannt. Kann hier nichts empfehlen Just hands off! The candle was not made according to the information, the invoice said "Consultation is not possible, as phone number is incorrect". If you are told that an email address was available, you are still not aware of any guilt, answer "a query by email takes 3-5 days" (that's right, the response also took 10 days - including repeated inquiries - sad ! / nice that 8 months ago the owner stated, it will be answered within 24 hours, tears just laughed) Time should be at the discretion of the customer and this answer shows that you can only go fast here, at the expense of quality, as mentioned above. Can't recommend anything here

Von einem Kerzenfachgeschäft erwartet man eigentlich schöne, gut gemachte Kerzen, die man anderswo nicht bekommt. Kerzenwelt.de aber führt Kerzen, die auf Fotos annehmbar aussehen, sich in Wirklichkeit jedoch als plump und lieblos verarbeitete Massenware entpuppen . Candles that are not of very high quality and at inflated prices. You actually expect beautiful, well-made candles from a candle shop that you can't get anywhere else. Candlesworld.de, however, carries candles that look acceptable in photos, but in reality turn out to be clumsy and carelessly processed mass-produced goods.

Kundenservice war Recht freundlich. Outrageous!!! Rustic candles in poor quality Return shipping has to be paid for by yourself huge sauerrei! Have to pay 19 € return to Austria! Never again! Customer service was pretty friendly.
