A	Anna Ganna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es handelt sich hier um einen Vater-Sohn-Betrieb. Die Qualität ist mehr oder weniger in Ordnung. Tage nach dem Einzug in eine Wohnung deren Fenster und Balkontüren von der Firma Kerber gefertigt wurden, benötigte es bereits eine Reparatur, da die Türe nicht richtig geschlossen hat. Im weiteren Verlauf weitere Mängel mit Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Juniorchef. Es folgte ständiges Vertrösten für einen Termin bis plötzlich keine Information mehr folgte. Bei erneuter Kontaktaufnahme durch den Kunden (obwohl Kerber Junior Kontaktaufnahme versprach) wurde erneut vertröstet, später das Telefon gar nicht mehr abgenommen und die Mails nicht beantwortet. Von Kundenfreundlichkeit kann nicht die Rede sein. Wochen später nahm Herr Kerber Senior Kontakt auf und erstellte ein Angebot für die Reparatur (Versicherungsfall). Ein ortsansässiger Fensterbauer war jedoch wesentlich billiger und wurde daher für die Arbeiten herangezogen. Kein Telefon mehr abzunehmen und gar nicht auf eine Mail zu reagieren, ist als Dienstleister meines Erachtens nicht vertretbar. Gut abwägen, für welchen Fensterbauer "man" sich entscheidet. It is a father-son company. The quality is more or less okay. Days after moving into an apartment whose windows and balcony doors were manufactured by the Kerber company, a repair was required because the door did not close properly. In the further course further shortcomings with contacting the junior manager. There was constant consolation for an appointment until suddenly there was no more information. When the customer contacted the customer again (although Kerber Junior promised to contact them), there was another consolation, the phone was never picked up later and the emails were not answered. There can be no question of customer friendliness. Weeks later, Mr. Kerber Senior got in touch and made an offer for the repair (insured event). However, a local window manufacturer was much cheaper and was therefore used for the work. In my opinion, not being able to answer the phone and not responding to an email at all is unacceptable as a service provider. Consider carefully which window manufacturer "you" choose.
