Es gibt aber eine Frau unter den Verkäufern, die sehr unfreundlich ist, leider. The young man who was on duty today is incredibly friendly and competent, which is why I award 5 stars for today. Benachrichtigung, das Bestelltes da ist, hat auch mal nicht geklappt -wurde nach der Nachfrage dann ungefragt zugesendet, obwohl Selbstabholung vereinbart war... Aber Im großen und ganzen ok, mit sehr nettem und auch informativem Personal. Blick in den Umfangreichen Katalog vorab ist ratsam - da das Sortiment echt groß ist ;-) Well-stocked ceramic supply store in a beautiful new hall and directly accessible via the motorway. Sometimes confused when selling. Notification that the order is there did not work sometimes - was then sent unasked after the request, although self-collection was agreed ... But on the whole ok, with very nice and informative staff. It is advisable to take a look at the extensive catalog beforehand - since the range is really large ;-)

Obwohl ich fast alleine im Geschäft war war die Dame(A.W.) nicht sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei besserer Beratung hätte ich wohl mehr Geld dort gelassen. Was at Keramik Kraft a few weeks ago, many products not available. Although I was almost alone in the shop, the lady (A.W.) Was not very friendly and helpful. With better advice, I would have left more money there.

Nach 5 Tagen haben sie mir nur einen Teil von dem zu viel bezahlten Betrag zurückgezahlt, aber keine Antwort geschickt. Hab mindestens 5 Emails geschrieben und niemand antwortet. Sie schulden mir immer noch das Geld! Nie wieder werde ich bei Ihnen kaufen!!!! Ordered online. All products were available according to the website, but only got half of it, even though I paid the whole amount. After 5 days they only paid me back part of the amount that I had overpaid, but did not send a reply. I wrote at least 5 emails and nobody answered. You still owe me the money! I will never buy from you again !!!!

Drei Monate, unzählige Anrufe und E-mails später, habe ich weder das Geld noch meine Bestellung erhalten. Nicht zu empfehlen. I ordered glazes worth € 400 and unfortunately never received them. Three months, countless calls and e-mails later, I have neither received the money nor my order. Not recommendable.

Schön zum Stöbern, große Auswahl an Ton und Glasuren (flüssige und in Pulverform), viel Zubehör, einiges an Gieß- bzw. Eindrückformen und auch geschrühte Fertigware. In Onlineshops gibt es mehr Auswahl, aber hier hat man die Artikel halt direkt vor Augen, das ist oft von Vorteil! One of the few ceramic supplies shops in the Vienna/Vienna area! Great for browsing, large selection of clay and glazes (liquid and in powder form), lots of accessories, some casting or impression molds and also biscuit finished goods. There is more choice in online shops, but here you have the items right in front of you, which is often an advantage!
