★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uttendorf határában, a hegyoldalban áll egy szabadtéri múzeum, mely egy több ezer éve itt élt nép, a kelták világát mutatja be. Krisztus születése előtt a VIII. századtól ez a nép lakta be a vidéket. Egyedi edényeik voltak, remekül értettek a fémek megmunkálásához.
Valaha a kelták Kis-Ázsiától egészen a „Smaragdszigetig” uralták Európát. Druidáik a tölgyfaligetekben főzték a varázsitalt, mely Asterixet legyőzhetetlenné tette. ( Ezt az utóbbit még be kellene bizonyítani valahogy!) Ki nem kíváncsi erre az egykor oly hatalmas népnek a történetére.
Aki Uttendorftól holmi talmi csillogást, hatalmas aranyedényeket vár, az ne is menjen oda. A Kelta-udvar a mindennapokat mutatja be. Autentikus, ezért sokaknak szegényesnek tűnhet a kiállítási anyag. Hát! A kelták között a többség bizony nem király volt. (Itt a kiállítás őrétől sikerült egy szép hegyikristályt is beszereznem.)
On the edge of Uttendorf, on the hillside, stands an open-air museum that shows the world of a Celtic people who have lived here for thousands of years. Before the birth of Christ in the VIII. century, this people inhabited the countryside. They had unique cookware, they were great at machining metals.
The Celts once ruled Europe from Asia Minor to the “Emerald Island”. Their Druids brewed the magic potion in the oak groves, which made Asterix invincible. (The latter has yet to be proven somehow!) Who is not curious about the story of this once so powerful people.
If you expect Uttendorf tinsel glitter, huge gold pots, don't even go there. The Celtic court presents the everyday. It is authentic, so the exhibition material may seem poor to many. Well! The majority of the Celts were certainly not kings. (Here I also managed to get a beautiful rhinestone from the guard of the exhibition.)
