Innerhalb einer Stunde war ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort und hat den Schaden sehr rasch und kompetent behoben. 3 andere Firmen hatten mich zuvor auf Montag vertröstet. Call the company early Friday, because of acute problem. An employee was on site within one hour and dealt with the damage very quickly and competently. 3 other companies had previously put me off on Monday.

Die Firma hat ein anderes Unternehmen beauftragt meine Fliesen neu zu silikonieren, das beauftrage Unternehmen hat im Zuge dessen meine Fliesen beschädigt. Es wird natürlich alles abgestritten und auch der Chef von Keko ist nicht kooperationsbereit. Außerdem wurde der Chef während des Telefonats über den Sachverhalt ziemlich unhöflich. Fazit - Arbeiten haben gepasst allerdings wird man, wenn Schäden auftreten, allein gelassen! Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit, jedoch hat der Chef, wenn etwas nicht passt, keinen guten Umgang mit Kunden. Employees are very nice!
