I haven't eaten a doner kebab that convinces me as much as this one for a long time. The operators are very friendly :)

L	L J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War letztens nach der Arbeit beim Kebab Time in Mautern und habe mir einen Döner gegönnt. Das Hühnerfleisch und Kalbfleisch (Hackfleisch) war in Ordnung. Nicht spektakulär vom Geschmack oder der Konsistenz, aber trotzdem gut gesalzen etc. deswegen nicht fad, aber eben auch nicht mehr. Das Brot wird selbstgemacht (!), war relativ weich und dünn und hat mit dem Rest des Döners gut harmoniert. Allerdings war es nur weich und nicht kross, ist Geschmackssache, aber mit fehlt dann eben etwas. Das Gemüse war frisch und knackig und es gibt auch Rotkraut ! Die Sauce finde ich ziemlich gut. Hat etwas ganz eigenes, also keine Standard Rahmsauce, sondern mit einem guten Eigengeschmack. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass dieser Döner meiner Meinung nach ein Standarddöner ist, aber eindeutig ein Guter ! + die Inhaber sind freundlich ! Was recently at Kebab Time in Mautern after work and treated myself to a doner kebab. The chicken and veal (ground beef) was ok. Not spectacular in terms of taste or consistency, but still well salted, etc. therefore not bland, but no longer either. The bread is homemade (!), Was relatively soft and thin and went well with the rest of the kebab. However, it was only soft and not crispy, is a matter of taste, but then something is missing. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy and they also have red cabbage! I think the sauce is pretty good. Has something very special, so not a standard cream sauce, but with a good taste of its own. In summary, I can say that this kebab is a standard kebab in my opinion, but clearly a good one! + the owners are friendly!
