Was die Postpartnerschaft betrifft hingegen kann ich ausschließlich mit negativen Erfahrungen dienen. In den ganzen Jahren, in denen der Standort unsere zuständige Abholstation ist, bin ich nicht ein einziges Mal beim ersten Versuch mit meinem Paket nach Hause gekommen. Ausnahmslos immer war ich im Einklang mit den benachrichtigten Zeiten dort und immer hat irgendetwas die Abholung verhindert und Schuld ist natürlich ausschließlich der Kunde. Hier ein kleine Best-of: Benachrichtigung: nächster Werktag ab 09:00 -> Samstag 09:30: B: Am Samstag werden wir nicht beliefert! A: Aber Samstag wäre eigentlich ein Werktag laut Benachrichtigung, oder? B: Da können wir auch nichts dafür beschwert euch bei der Post Benachrichtigung Mittwoch ab 09:00 -> Mittwoch 09:30: B: Vor 10:00 können wir nicht garantieren, dass der Postler schon hier war. A: Und woher soll ich das wissen? B: Das ist nicht unser Problem! Benachrichtigung Donnerstag ab 09:00 -> Donnerstag 10:30: B: Der Postler war noch nicht hier! A: Jetzt bin ich extra erst um 10:30 gekommen, weil beim letzten Mal gesagt wurde nicht vor 10:00. B: In letzter Zeit kommt er immer erst später! A: Und woher soll ich das wissen? B: Das ist nicht unser Problem! Und gratis obendrauf bekommt man dann jedes Mal: B: Seit doch froh, dass wir den Postpartner überhaut machen. A: Aber ich dachte dafür werdet Ihr eh bezahlt. B: Ja, und? Aber fiel zu wenig. B: Beschwert euch doch bei der Post. Wir können da nichts machen. A: Aber Ihr seid doch der Post Partner? Wenn die Zusammenarbeit mit einer Partnerfirma nicht funktioniert, hättet Ihr doch den wesentlich besseren Hebel euch zu beschweren, oder? B: Das ist nicht unsere Aufgabe… Due to a lack of experience, I cannot give a serious rating about the local supply. As for the postal partnership, however, I can only serve with negative experiences. In all of the years that the location is our responsible pick-up station, I haven't come home with my package once on the first try. Without exception, I was always there in accordance with the notified times and something always prevented the pick-up and of course the customer is solely to blame. Here is a little best of: Notification: next working day from 09:00 -> Saturday 09:30: B: We will not receive deliveries on Saturday! A: But Saturday would actually be a working day according to the notification, right? B: We can't help but complain to the post office Notification Wednesday from 09:00 -> Wednesday 09:30: B: Before 10:00 we cannot guarantee that the postman has already been here. A: And how should I know? B: That is not our problem! Notification Thursday from 09:00 -> Thursday 10:30: B: The postman hasn't been here yet! A: Now I only came at 10:30 because the last time it was said not before 10:00. B: Lately it's always been coming later! A: And how should I know? B: That is not our problem! And every time you get free on top of that: B: We’re glad that we’re going to blow the mail partner over. A: But I thought you'd get paid for that anyway. B: Yes, and? But too little fell. B: Complain to the post office. There is nothing we can do about it. A: But you are the Post partner, aren't you?
