In der Kirche findet man die älteste Glocke Mödlings! Sie stammt aus dem Jahr 1683, der Zeit der Türkenbelagerung. Geweiht ist die Kirche dem hl. Ägidius. Late Gothic building from around 1450. There was once a hospital in the neighboring building, hence the name of the church. The oldest bell in Mödling can be found in the church! It dates from 1683, the time of the Turkish siege. The church is consecrated to St. Aegidius.
