★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die #Kirche von #Faistenau ist in ihrem Ursprung ganz schön alt (erwähnenswert sind die Aufzeichnungen des Ritters Heinrich von Lampoding), was aber bestenfalls an dem gotischen Kreuzrippengewölbe noch erkennbar ist. Die aktuelle Ausstattung dürfte wohl größtenteils aus der Barockzeit stammen. Einzelne ältere Wandgemälde wurden sehr schön rekonstruiert. Der Barockzeit entsprechend ist die restliche Ausführung, sehr aufwendig und gediegen, aber auch sehr schön.
 The #Kirche von #Faistenau is quite old in its origin (the records of the knight Heinrich von Lampoding are worth mentioning), but this is at best still recognizable by the Gothic ribbed vault. The current furnishings are likely to come largely from the Baroque period. Individual older wall paintings have been beautifully reconstructed. According to the baroque period, the rest of the execution is very elaborate and dignified, but also very beautiful.
