★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern am Nachmittag im Modehaus und im Sportgeschäft, die Verkäuferinnen die mich bedient haben waren überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt!
Diese Art von Kundenbetreuung verdient mehr als 5 Sterne.
I was in the fashion house and in the sports shop yesterday afternoon, the shop assistants who served me were extremely friendly and very helpful.
I felt very well!
This kind of customer service deserves more than 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total unkompetentes Personal!!! Ich habe eine online Bestellung abholen wollen, da hieß es habn sie soeben zurück geschickt!! Obwohl die Ware an diesen Tag bis kurz vor 18.00 an der Kasse reserviert war laut meiner Mail!!! Im Geschäft war ich um 16.30!?! Werde in diesem Geschäft sicher nie mehr etwas kaufen!!! Ich weiß in Zeiten wie diesen ist es sehr schwer, kompetentes Personal zu finden!!! Kann man sich das als Unternehmen heutzutage noch leisten solche Mitarbeiter??
Totally incompetent staff! I wanted to pick up an online order, they said I just sent it back !! Although the goods were reserved at the checkout until shortly before 6 p.m. according to my email! I was in the shop at 16.30!?! I will surely never buy anything again in this shop !!! I know in times like these it is very difficult to find competent staff !!! Can you still afford that as a company today?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich vor ein paar Wochen mit einer Freundin hier war, wurden wir hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent beraten. Was allerdings sehr schade ist, ist, dass man kaum Kleidung in größeren Größen findet. Hier besteht definitiv Nachholbedarf.
When I was here with a friend a few weeks ago, we received helpful, friendly and competent advice. What is a pity, however, is that you hardly find clothes in larger sizes. There is definitely a need to catch up here.
