Wo findet man Cantal, Beaufort, St-Maure oder gar Saumaintrain (um nur Frankreich zu nennen) neben Surakäs und Bachensteiner aus dem Ländle. Although the shop is small, you can find the largest selection of cheeses there and in the best state of maturity. I hardly know anything comparable in Austria. Where can you find Cantal, Beaufort, St-Maure or even Saumaintrain (just to name France) next to Surakäs and Bachensteiner from the Ländle.
