Das Personal - von Chef und Chefin über die Sekretärin und die Mechaniker verhalten sich professionell und sind sehr zuvorkommend. Alle Terminvereinbarungen wurden pünktlich eingehalten und die Arbeit war perfekt. Kurzum: ich bin ein voll zufriedener Kunde und werde die Fa. Hausott gerne weiterempfehlen! I rarely write reviews, but I can only write the best experiences about the Hausott company. The staff - from the boss to the secretary and the mechanics - behave professionally and are very courteous. All appointments were kept on time and the work was perfect. In short: I am a completely satisfied customer and will be happy to recommend Hausott!
T	Testi cle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe schnell einen Termin für die Reperatur bekommen und einen gratis Leihwagen noch dazu. Empfang war sehr nett und der Service war top. Eine Innenraumreinigung gab es ebenfalls oben drauf auch noch. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Was bei den Leihwagen vll. nicht schlecht wäre, ist das man davor die Flüssigkeiten durchcheckt, da die Motorkontrollleuchte aufgegangen ist weil ich kein Öl fast alle war, und im Kofferraum war kein Verbandskasten, Warnweste und Pannendreieck vorhanden. Aber da es nicht selbstverständlich ist, dass man einen Leihwagen bekommt, bin ich mit der Leistung trotzdem sehr sehr zufrieden :) I quickly got an appointment for the repair and a free rental car at that. Reception was very nice and the service was great. There was also an interior cleaning on top. I can only recommend. What would not be bad with the rental car, is that you check the fluids beforehand, because the engine control light went on because I ran out of oil, and there was no first aid kit, safety vest and breakdown triangle in the trunk. But since it is not a matter of course that you get a rental car, I am still very, very satisfied with the performance :)

My car looks like new. The staff are extremely friendly and competent. I also got an appointment very quickly and got it back completely cleaned. A top service. I'll come gladly again
