Mantel war danach hinüber und der Gürtel hat gefehlt.
Unfreundlich Reklamationsbearbeitung!!!!!
Not recommendable. I gave a coat and paid 18.00 euros.
Coat was over afterwards and the belt was missing.
Rude complaint handling !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Preis von 17.- für die Reinigung eines Anzuges ist OK., allerdings nicht wenn der Anzug danach verbügelt und ein Knopf zerbrochen ist. Nun muss ich einen neuen Knopf einnähen lassen und den Anzug ordentlich nachbügeln. Hier handelt es sich ganz klar um Schlamperei da nicht einmal die Knöpfe kontrolliert wurden. Eindeutig keine Empfehlung diesen Laden zu besuchen.
The price of 17.- for cleaning a suit is OK, but not if the suit is ironed afterwards and a button is broken. Now I have to have a new button sewn in and iron the suit properly. This is clearly sloppiness since not even the buttons were checked. Clearly no recommendation to visit this shop.
