Aufgrund der Zusammenarbeit mit den Schulen kaufen Eltern für die dreifachen Preise ein und bekommen entgegen der Versprechungen null Service. Ein Freund schickte seinen Laptop ein, und musste rund 200 Euro für die "kostenlose" Garantie bezahlen. Obwohl die Laptops nur beim Hersteller eingeschickt werden, für Karo Data ist die Reparatur also kostenlos. Ich rate Ihnen, sehen Sie sich die Preise bei Media Markt an, dort bekommen Sie dieselben Laptops mit mehr Service um einen Bruchteil des Karo Data Preises ;(
It's just ridiculous what's listed there. Because of the collaboration with the schools, parents pay for three times the prices and get zero service against the promises. A friend sent in his laptop and had to pay about 200 euros for the "free" guarantee. Although the laptops are only returned to the manufacturer, for Karo Data the repair is free. I advise you to look at the prices at Media Markt, where you get the same laptops with more service for a fraction of the Karo Data price;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mein Laptop von dort gekauft und habe nur Probleme damit. Außerdem hab ich das doppelte für mein Laptop gezahlt, obwohl der Preis für mein Laptop in Media Markt oder Saturn viel niedriger ist. So viel gezahlt, aber trotzdem eine schlechte Leistung. Danke für nichts :)
I bought my laptop from there and have nothing but problems with it. Also, I paid twice as much for my laptop, even though the price of my laptop in Media Markt or Saturn is much lower. Paid that much, but still a poor performance. Thanks for nothing :)
