Ich kaufe dort den Graukäse mit den ich den Glundnen Käse mache. Den Graukäse in kleine Stücke schneiden, 2 Pkl. Butter in Stücke schneiden, alles in eine Schüssel die nicht leicht anbrennt, Kümmel, Salz und Pfeffer, davon etwas gröber und a großes Stamperl Maresi oder Sahne. Alles erhitzen bis alles schön vermischt ist. Kalt stellen aufschneiden und eingefrieren. Übrigens eine sehr nette Bedienung und immer Freundlich, bekomme immer den Käse der schon länger abgelegen ist. Es gibt auch super Fleischwaren, super.
