★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste Geld holen bei meiner Bank, als ich beim Geldautomaten stand wurde ich sehr unfreundlich von der Mitarbeiterin des Kassenschlagers angemacht das sich nur 3 Personen in der Bank aufhalten dürfen, ich fühlte mich jedoch nicht angesprochen da insgesamt 6 Kunden da waren. Aber was ich nicht ganz verstanden hatte war 2 Kunde standen in der Bank und telefonierten nur wo ich mir dachte das können die auch vor der Tür machen.
Ich bin schon über Jahre Kunde bei der Sparkasse aber ich bin mir echt am überlegen ob ich die Bank wechseln werde. Den sowas geht auch in einem normalen höflichen Ton.
Had to get money from my bank, when I was at the ATM I was very unfriendly from the employee of the box office hit that only 3 people were allowed to stay in the bank, but I didn't feel addressed as there were a total of 6 customers. But what I didn't quite understand was 2 customers were standing in the bank and only called when I thought they could do that in front of the door.
I've been a customer of the Sparkasse for years, but I'm really thinking about changing banks. Something like that also works in a normal, polite tone.
