★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pools that the whole family liked. Fun and thrilling water slides. The only downside was the extremely rude and angry swim guard who was very rude to me when I jumped in one of the pools. Apparently there are small metal plates in the floor that says no diving. I didn't see that and was told off very sternly.when I said I was sorry but didn't see the sign he was very rude and walked away swearing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It worked well for us. Fun pool area. We didn’t come early enough to find a seat, though apparently the seats are more for people to hang their towels and rarely sit there. The slides were fun and the water temperature nice and warm. It was a bit confusing at first to understand when things happened in the pool, as most pools have the bubble chairs go off more than once an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spa, modernly furnished and clean. The water temperature is very pleasant. Within the spa is also self-service restaurant, a gym and a sauna. Great relaxing after skiing. Excellent entertainment for the whole family - slides, olympic pool, outdoor pool, a special place for children with a pool of up 30 cm of water. Very modern and beautiful complex, staff very kind. 100% worth of visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more like a lukewarmbad. Only the showers by the pools had nice hot water coming from them. The hottest pools are 32-34 Celsius, which is too cold for me, 36-38 Celsius would be ideal in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ from the very beginning we were greeted with no smiles at the reception , it was from that moment onwards that we knew this place was no fun ! Before we even entered the facility they told us that they will be “watching us” uncomfortable experience all together. You would think coming to such a place you would leave with a smile on your face and relaxed this was not the case at all everyone working here was rude ! I must say that the sauna master puts on a great show and enjoys his work ! The rest could learn a thing or two !
