Würde zwar gerne beim Landwirten "ums Eck" kaufen, damit der Transport wegfallen würde aber leider bietet das keiner an. Daher werde ich weiter bei Meinhof einkaufen. Bin sehr zufrieden! I only have a few chickens and I don't need much, but all orders have so far been with me within a few days. Would like to buy from the farmers "around the corner", so that the transport would be omitted, but unfortunately nobody offers that. Therefore I will continue shopping at Meinhof. I am very pleased!

Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und nett. Immer wieder gerne. In this shop you can find everything that the chicken in pasture heart desires. I am a satisfied one, like to come here for shopping. Für diese Lieferung habe mittels PayPal 194,95,-- Euro bezahlt. Gerechnet habe ich mit einer Lieferzeit von 1 Woche, da habe ich mich wohl getäuscht. Am 31. Mai habe ich urgiert und die Rückantwort erhalten, das sich die Lieferung verzögert. Mittlerweile habe ich aus Deutschland die Ware bestellt und innerhalb von 3 (drei) Tagen erhalten. Da soll man als Österreicher, beim österreichischen Onlinehandel bestellen und dann sind sie nicht einmal fähig zu liefern. Warum kann es der deutsche Onlinehandel. Für mich war das das letzte mal das ich bei "Meinhof.at" bestelle. On May 15, 2021 I ordered peeled sunflower seeds (5x25 kg) and have not received them until today, June 16, 2021. I paid 194.95 euros for this delivery via PayPal. I counted on a delivery time of 1 week, I was probably wrong. On May 31st I urged and received the reply that the delivery was delayed. In the meantime I have ordered the goods from Germany and received them within 3 (three) days. As an Austrian, you should order from the Austrian online trade and then they are not even able to deliver. Why can German online retailers do it. For me it was the last time that I order from "Meinhof.at".

Auch nach drei Jahren gab es nie etwas zu bemängeln. After a short research, I decided in favor of Karner GmbH and never looked back! The customer service is great and the delivery is always reliable and fast. Even after three years there was never anything to complain about.

Sehr rasche Lieferung. Und wirklich tolle Verpackung!! Von anderen Händlern bekam ich in der Vergangenheit immer beschädigte Pakete. Von Meinhof nicht. Alles perfekt, beim nächsten Mal wieder!!!! I first communicated with customer service via email. Get quick answer and solution. Then ordered 25 kg of peeled sunflower seeds online. Very quick delivery. And really great packaging !! I have always received damaged packages from other retailers in the past. Not from Meinhof. Everything perfect, next time again !!!!

Jetzt hatten wir eine erste technische Reklamation und wurden unbeschreiblich negativ behandelt. Fazit: Der Artikel kam knapp zwei Monate nach Bekanntgabe der Reklamation und mehrfacher Urgenz, repariert bei uns an. Keine Anzeichen, dass der Lieferant ein Interesse an der Kundenzufriedenheit hat. Wir werden hier nicht mehr einkaufen. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this supplier. Bought all of the chicken accessories from this company for a number of years. Now we had our first technical complaint and were treated indescribably negatively. Conclusion: The item arrived at us repaired almost two months after the complaint was announced and several urges were made. No indication that the supplier has an interest in customer satisfaction. We won't shop here anymore.

Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis trotz Bio ! Gerne wieder . Class operation! I have found everything from breeding medium feed for chicks to normal feed for my adult chickens. Great value for money despite being organic! Gladly again .
p	petra b-t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich war ich sehr angetan von diesem Betrieb, da es ein österreichischer ist. Ich wollte nicht bei Amazon bestellen, weiß aber nun, dass das ein Fehler war. Meine Bestellung ging am 23.10. ein und ich wartete brav ein paar Tage. Da nichts geschah, fragte ich nach. Chefs auf Urlaub, Bestellung noch nicht gemischt.....aber, es wird alles gleich verschickt.... Nun haben wir heute den 6.11. und seit gestern (Freitag) 1:05 Uhr liegt meine Bestellung bei GLS. So sind bis zur Ankunft 2 Wochen vergangen, in denen ich nur hingehalten wurde. Das ist wahrlich kein Kundenservice. Ich werde nie mehr dort bestellen. Anscheinend geht es diesem Betrieb so gut, dass er auf Kleinkunden verzichten kann. Actually, I was very impressed by this company because it is an Austrian one. I didn't want to order from Amazon, but now I know that it was a mistake. My order was placed on October 23. one and I waited a few days. Since nothing happened, I asked. Bosses on vacation, orders not yet mixed ..... but, everything will be sent immediately .... Now it's the 6th of November today. and since yesterday (Friday) 1:05 am, my order has been with GLS. So it was 2 weeks before my arrival, in which I was only held up. This is really not customer service. I will never order there again. Apparently this company is doing so well that it can do without small customers.
