★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat down to order some food in German and no sooner did I open my mouth, did the woman serving me criticise me for how I was speaking. I was so shocked that she spoke to me in such a rude and condascending way. It ruined my long hikw up the mountain and I was so incensed I didn't want to give her my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful mountain hut with even more beautiful views. I believe they can deliver their supplies by car, so the menu is above average (for what I have experienced in mountain huts) and meals are very tasty too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, to reach this from dolomite hutte, is not so easy and it takes 2-3 hours to reach the top. But it totally worth it, and the food offered by this hutte will give you energy, nice quality and good selection, friendly price. There are tables inside and outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great plavmce to spend the night after a hike or as a base spot the take advantage of the multitude of day hikes in the surrounding area. Gorgeous mountain side views and reasonable accommodation. What more do you want when you are so high up?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The views from the lake are absolutely stunning and well worth the two hour hike to the Hütte. Just stopped for a large Coca Cola (€4.40) and to use the toilets, then back down the mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect location to sleep and to hike from in the Dolomites. This place was actually recommended to us by locals and boy it did not disappoint. The location is beautiful and the staff is very kind, we actually secretly did Schnaps with the waitress. Furthermore, after dinner everyone just starts drinking and as student we had to show them how it is done. I was surprised by the stamina that some of these people had, because they kept on going while we already went to bed.
I will say, the food that was included in the Half pension was subpar. It was not enough (for a 2 meter tall Dutchman at least) and it was exceptional.

The spaghetti were good and served generously for the price.
