★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetent und freundlich! Arbeitet genau und zuverlässig! Preis / Leistung stimmen auf jeden Fall. Kurz gesagt: wenn du ihn brauchst ist er für dich da! Mein Wasser sowie meine Heizung funktionieren störungsfrei seit 2012. Dinge die er nicht lagernd hat bestellt er und hat sie in der Regel am nächsten tag. Meistens sogar schon um 06.00 Uhr früh!
Ich kann die Firma klar weiterempfehlen!!!
Very competent and friendly! Works accurately and reliably! Value for money definitely. In short, if you need him, he is there for you! My water as well as my heating work troublefree since 2012. He orders things that he does not have in stock and usually has them the next day. Mostly even at 6 o'clock in the morning!
I can clearly recommend the company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten den Installateur wegen einer defekten Leitung bei uns. Was gleich zu Anfang negativ auffiel ein Installateur der wegen eines Rohrbruchs kommt und keine neue Wasserleitung zum tauschen mit hat und einkaufen fahren muss. Aber nicht genug das sie dann ca 1,5 Stunden Rohre für die neue Leitung kaufen waren stellten sie danach fest die Leitung gehört ja an die bestehende Wasserleitung angelötet, sie müssen Material zum Löten holen weil haben sie nicht mit. Aber gut nach ganzen 2,5 Stunden einkaufen hatten sie dann alles zusammen. Am Abend mussten wir leider feststellen dass die Verbindung die neu gemacht wurde Undicht ist und tropft. Nächsten morgen die Firma Karlich kontaktiert einmal sehr unfreundlicher Telefondienst den sie betreiben und nach längerer Diskussion erklärten sie sich dann bereit noch am selben Tag vorbei zu kommen statt wie von ihnen vorgeschlagen nächste Woche. Aufgetaucht ist dann ein anderes Montageteam was uns dann Versucht hat obwohl die Wassertropfen auf der Leitung hingen uns zu erklären dass wir dumm sind die Leitung ist Dicht. Nach einer Diskussion machte er das Anschlussstück neu. Und Überraschung sie haben die Leitung nicht dicht bekommen. Wir haben dann eine andere Firma beauftragt wo es reibungslos Funktioniert hat. Unser Fazit zur Firma Karlich wenn sie einen Betrieb suchen bei dem Inkompetenz groß geschrieben wird sind sie genau richtig. Würde jeden ans Herz legen es sich zweimal zu überlegen diese Firma zu beauftragen.
Had the installer with us because of a defective line. What was noticed negatively right at the beginning was a plumber who came because of a burst pipe and didn't have a new water pipe to swap with and had to go shopping. But it wasn't enough that they then had to buy pipes for the new pipe for about 1.5 hours, they then realized that the pipe should be soldered to the existing water pipe, they had to get soldering material because they didn't have it with them. But well, after 2.5 hours of shopping, they had everything together. In the evening we unfortunately had to find out that the connection that was newly made is leaking and dripping. The next morning the company Karlich contacted once very unfriendly telephone service they run and after a long discussion they then agreed to come by the same day instead of next week as they suggested. Then another assembly team showed up, which then tried to explain to us, even though the drops of water were hanging on the pipe, that we were stupid, the pipe is tight. After a discussion, he remade the connector. And surprise they didn't get the line tight. We then commissioned another company where it worked smoothly. Our conclusion about the Karlich company if you are looking for a company where incompetence is a top priority, you are in the right place. Would recommend anyone to think twice before hiring this company.
