Obwohl ich es wirklich versucht habe, konnte ich nach meinem Umzug nach Linz kein besseres Brot finden und besorg es nun immer auf Vorrat. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass es nicht nur frisch sehr gut schmeckt, sondern auch noch nach ein paar Tagen. (schmeckt aber auch nach dem Einfrieren noch ausgezeichnet, bzw. wird sogar Brot zum selber fertigbacken angeboten).
For years I took the excellent quality for granted. Although I really tried, I couldn't find any better bread after moving to Linz and now always get it in stock. It should also be emphasized that it not only tastes very good fresh, but also after a few days. (tastes great even after freezing, or bread is even offered to bake yourself).
