★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein fürchterlicher Umgang mit Kunden. Es war vereinbart, dass ich heute, 30.10. 2019, mein Auto zur Reparatur bringe und mit einem Leihauto zurückfahre. Habe diesbezüglich am Telefon um eine Auskunft gebeten. Wurde angeschrien und weg gedrückt. Nachdem ich noch einige Male versucht habe, anzurufen, wo ich immer sofort weggedrückt wurde, wurde ich beim 7. versuch erneut wütend angeschrien, dass Herr Bors keine Zeit habe, weil er gerade über 20 autos in seiner werkstatt hat, und weggedrückt. Stress zu haben ist eine sache, aber man kann trotzdem freundlich und professionell mit kunden umgehen.
